Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Arenella, Naples

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti nel appartamento di Matteo ed è stato un’esperienza molto soddisfacente. L’ambiente molto pulito, ampio e molto luminoso. L’unica pecca le 6 rampe di scale per arrivare al appartamento ma il montaggio del ascensore era in lavorazione quindi a presto questo aspetto sarà superato. Matteo è suo fratello sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno consigliato molto bene sulle attività da fare nel quartiere e anche sui locali della zona. Il quartiere è uno dei più importanti di Napoli e abbraccia tutte le sfaccettature di questa bellissima città. La posizione del appartamento è vicina alla stazione della metropolitana e a un 20 minuti a piedi della Spacca Napoli e Duomo. Grazie per l’ospitalità e preziosi consigli

Appartement vraiment grand pour 2 personnes bien située avec une bonne pizzeria juste à côté . Celui était propre il y a Clim ce qui n’était pas de trop vu les chaleurs .

The location is very convenient, walking distance to a few attractions, including the main sightseeing bus stop (the blue B line route is picturesque), Via Partenope promenade by the sea, teatro di San Carlo, Galleria Umberto, funiculars to the top, cafes and restaurants, taxi stop. The apartment is very nicely decorated, clean and the kitchen is well-stocked (incl. oil, salt, pepper, spices, coffee, tea, some candy and packaged pastries). Appreciated having cotton rounds and swabs in the bathroom. There’s a mini market next door. The terrace is amazing. The checkin was prompt at 2pm with hosts waiting for us upstairs.

great stay with a great host that helped us with all we needed. good location , just of the main square, with quiet rooms. well decorated and maintained appartment with modern air-conditioning in every room. Definitely a great choise thank you

Such a wonderful stay! It was so peaceful and quiet - just beautiful! Emma was amazing from start to finish with communicating and recommending local spots. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to Napoli and wanting to stay outside of the city center :) Thanks again!

Casa molto pulita e fresca. Nessun rumore esterno tutto impeccabile. Renato molto disponibile e amichevole. Molto gradita la bottiglia di vino. Speriamo di trovare disponibilità anche la prossima volta!

The location was perfect. We loved being so close to walk along the coast every day. The bakery and deli next door were delicious. Bed was comfy, shower was great. Its a lovely easy walk in to Napoli central. We'll definitely return!

Fantastica esperienza! A casa Teka si sta bene, in una bella corte interna, con una posizione ottima per raggiungere la costa amalfitana, Sorrento e i meravigliosi monti vicini. Torre Annunziata merita di essere scoperta e in pochi giorni ci siamo sentiti a casa, questo anche grazie a Teodoro, alla sua famiglia! (provate la loro pizza alla pizzeria vicinissima a casa)

La zona è comodissima, sia arrivando dalla stazione con la metro sia per spostarsi poi a piedi in città, o anche per prendere la funicolare per salire a San Martino. Il palazzo è un piccolo condominio da sentirsi a casa in una parte di Napoli non ancora dominata dai negozi e locali per i touristi. Volendo si fa la spesa nel supermercato poco distante. - Il check in ha funzionato benissimo. Ci siamo siamo sentiti molto bene!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, günstig gelegen, mitten im Zentrum. Metrostation in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Bäcker, Metzger, Lebensmittelläden in der Nähe.Ebenfalls Restaurants , wir haben fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht. Besonders schön, war die Terrasse, die wir zum frühstücken und auch für ein Glas Wein am Abend genutzt haben. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war super, wie haben sofort Rückmeldung bekommen. Es war relativ ruhig in der Nacht und auch im Haus. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Neapel kommen, immer wieder dort . Sehr zu empfehlen.

Enrico is more than a great host. Accommodated our needs for early check in, was very responsive and provided us with a full tour of the accommodation, along with restaurant suggestions and tips for the city. The room is as in the photographs,, extremely clean, spacious and very pleasant. All of the equipment are brand new and even the provided coffee was great. The only challenging aspect was the minor humidity of the place (due to it being in central Naples), however, the air condition made it completely manageable. Thanks Enrico 🙏

We had a great stay (2 people) place was clean and well maintained! We liked the tasteful decoration and colour scheme. We felt safe and secure, a little bit of family noise from the neighbours but nothing that disturbed us. Excellent host, quick responded and helpful! Overall a smooth experience, definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Fantastic stay, book it!! The view from the balcony is the best of anywhere I’ve ever stayed, looks even better than the photos. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very clean, and Marina was a perfect host. There is an elevator and a washing machine. 10 minute walk from the metro through the Spanish quarter, tons of restaurants, would absolutely stay again.

Cet appartement est parfait pour un couple, avec éventuellement un enfant, situé au dernier étage de l’immeuble (accès par ascenseur) et jouissant d’une partie de terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et l’île de Capri. L’immeuble est situé dans une rue calme, a sens unique.. La terrasse est agréable pour prendre l’apéro voire manger à deux. A proximité (3mn à pied) il y a un petit super marché Deco, bien utile. Après, on peut aller à pied jusqu’au métro Mergellina sur la ligne 2 pour aller en centre ville, ou prendre un funiculaire. Et on peut facilement rejoindre à pied le bord de mer. On trouve d’excellentes pizzeria un peu partout, à prix très abordables., tout comme les restaurants. Il faut prendre en compte que Naples est construite sur une colline, alors les rues montent parfois fort… Autre particularité, le réseau de métro, n’a que très peu de correspondances entre les lignes, pour un parisien c’est déconcertant. Par contre il y a beaucoup de taxis, abordables.

Het appartement met het mooiste uitzicht van Napels. Je ziet de zee, Capri en de Vesuvius. Napels kan de eerste dag wat overweldigend zijn maar dag twee is al veel beter. Je zit midden in het centrum. Winkeltjes, Pizzaria’s en koffie barretjes overal om je heen. Het appartement is echt een huis. En de eigenaren Sal en Ros wonen beneden. Ze zijn zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Geen schrik je hebt een eigen ingang. Wil je het echte Napels beleven boek dan dit appartement. We waren met onze drie honden en die waren ook heel welkom

My boyfriend and I stayed at Anna and Luigi’s place for a few days, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome. Anna and Luigi are, without a doubt, the best hosts we've ever had! They are incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely care about making your stay special. They went above and beyond by offering us a ton of helpful recommendations, from must-see sights in the area to delicious local restaurants. Their local insights really helped us make the most of our trip. I would 100% recommend staying with Anna and Luigi to anyone visiting the area. Their hospitality and kindness made our stay unforgettable. They are simply amazing! 😊

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet Airbnb ! L'appartement est spacieux et agréable, très récemment rénové pour le confort des voyageurs. Roberta a su nous conseiller à la perfection - nous avons très bien mangé grâce à ses adresses ! De plus, le quartier nous a enchanté : nous avons découvert le Naples authentique, mais pas touristique. Aussi, nous avons apprécié son accueil, le temps qu'elle nous a consacré et sa réactivité - c'est tellement appréciable !

My self & 5 friends stayed in Giovanni's apartment, there is lots of space & the wrap around terrace affords great views of Naples. Giovanni's Apartment is a prime location just opposite the Amazing Spanish Quarter. An area where you meet the real people of Naples. There is a supermarket just around the corner & a lovely coffee shop near by. We had a couple of issues during the holiday which were dealt with immediately. Both issues were of an unexpected nature & there was nothing that could have been done before hand. The listing says 2.5 bathrooms, which I thought meant there would be 3 toilets. But there wasn't. I think this was my misunderstanding. I would also say that the beds were very comfortable & I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well-equipped with everything we needed — even drinks and a welcome Prosecco in the fridge. It’s in a great location and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The best part was the warm welcome and amazing communication. Mattia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great tips and explanations. We felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended!
