Spectacular house in the middle of nature. Tastefully decorated and super nice. I went with a group of friends in winter but we were looking forward to releasing the pool, so we will be back for sure! Jesus attentive at all times to make our stay pleasant, I recommend it to everyone!!!

Communication with Sergio was smooth and efficient. Both before, during and after our stay. The house was very tidy and fully equipped. Due to the location, a car is recommended, for example for shopping, but Sergio had clearly communicated this in advance. In short: recommended!

Our stay was great. Even though it was cold, the house kept the heat very well. The house had everything we needed and everything was clean. Our host was very helpful and made everything very easy for us. The house is in a stunning setting. The weather wasn't good, but if it's nice out, it has an amazing patio. We still enjoyed watching the rain from the porch. Thank you! It was a pleasure.

Perfect for a getaway with family and/or friends. Quiet residential development a few minutes' drive from Guadarrama. Good communication with the host. Photos and description don't mislead.

Alex and his wife kindly welcomed us. The house has everything you need to stay and enjoy a few quiet days in the area. We stayed there to go to Puy du Fou, which is about 25 minutes away. Alex is an attentive host, responds to messages quickly and recommended places to visit in the area. Although it was a short stay, we felt very comfortable, and of course we would repeat it!

We had a great week at Irene's place. The outside is very private, not overlooked, and the pool as well as the view is amazing. The inside of the house is beautiful. Quiet, 30 minutes from Madrid. We would recommend Irene's house without hesitation.

José and his partner are super friendly, they make communication and arrival very easy. The house is in detail and the decoration beautiful, it is a dream house. And very clean, which is not usually something easy to find. The only glue would be that the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable, but for 4 people it is ideal. The house is cool but with the air conditioning in the living room heats up fast and for sleeping there are many blankets in all the closets! And sugar, coffee, salt, pepper... no shortage of accessories. We will definitely repeat. Thank you for everything!

For our first Airbnb experience Casa Rurales managed by Paula was above and beyond what we would have imagined. Barco de Avila is a small, quaint town with the magic of its castle, river, and better yet, its people. Everyone seems to know everyone. As visitors, even with instructions, we got a little lost. We were helped by very nice locals & Paula welcomed us from the street. On the outside, Casa Rurales has a mixture of rustic with modern. Inside, while modern, it is homey, cozy, and spacious. As it was cool during our visit, Paula had a fire burning in the fireplace in the living room. She gave us a tour of the kitchen (fully stocked with everything to cook with, eat on, eat with), the interior yard (table, chairs, grill), and three rooms, each with their own bathroom. Paula also left us a list of places to visit and eat. Unfortunately, we were staying very little time. We look forward to our next visit, hopefully with more time. If available, we will stay here again in the future.

A very pleasant experience at Susana's house, everything was very clean and tidy, the facilities matched the description and photos of the listing. The area is very quiet and you are in Madrid in no time.

Highly recommended, total tranquility, super clean accommodation

We were surprised that the house was not the one in the photos, it was an entire country house. We were told that since we made the reservation at dawn, the other one was no longer available, but hey, everything was very clean and spacious and for one night we were great.

The room is small but comfortable, and it is in a very nice area. Close to the train, which is super practical. The only thing: if the place is full, sharing a single bathroom can be difficult.
