All 3 rooms have TV + DVD as well as air conditioning and heating. Direct pedestrian access to the beach just round the corner. The commercial area is just 50 m. walk away and you can find anything you require: banks, supermarkets, pubs, souvenir shops, etc. And you can practice lots of sports such as sailing, snorkeling, etc, as well as riding and golf in an area of 4 kms. You can park the car directly at your front door.
