The house is very comfortable and is conveniently located both for going to the beach and for cycling, it is close to our famous Camí de Cavalls, a beautiful route to enjoy both on foot and by bicycle. Close to Favaritx Lighthouse. To go to the nearest supermarket you have to go to Mahón, it's a 0-minute drive. A car is essential. There are no bus lines.

This villa is located in Son Carrió, a nice and quiet residential area. 5 minutes drive from Ciutadella and 5 minutes walk to the closest beach. The house has an outside area where you can enjoy a hot tub, shower and barbecue. AC, 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom. There is a winter charge for heating, hot tub and logs.
