Enjoy ‘Casa Colina' our lovely, comfortable, bright clean, airy and fully furnished self contained apartment. The apartment is adjoined to our house but you have total privacy and private access and off-road parking. Situated on a quiet street, very close to the Shelley foreshore (5 mins walk) and amenities 200 metres away including a popular cafe, takeaway restaurants, beautician, podiatrist, bottle shop, hairdresser, and bus stops. I stayed at Sylvia's for a bit over 2 months. The room is more than adequate for me, definitely comfortable for a long stay. You will know when Sylvia has been through the house (and she does that every day), keeping things immaculate and in working order, dealing with any issues and resolving them swiftly. Sylvia, a huge thank you for being a wonderfully warm and responsive host. I look forward to being back here again when I'm in Perth. For those considering this listing, the accommodation is clean and well kept. Sylvia is very responsive and approachable. There is a 24/7 gym, cafes, chemists and supermarkets within walking distance and the location is not far from the city. You will also find lots of native wildlife, walking trails, parks and green spaces around here - I've enjoyed exploring on foot in the evenings.

What a beautiful home! The space is much more spacious compared to how the photos look. We truly enjoyed our stay, the space was perfect for our family, including our little one. The space had beautiful furnishings and was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here when i visit Perth again :)

Lovely modern home with private room and a well equipped kitchen. Delighted to find a good selection of toiletries to use during our stay. It was surprisingly quiet despite being situated near a main highway! I would highly recommend Ricky’s place to anyone needing a place to stay in Perth as it’s quite close to Fremantle and the lovely southern suburbs. Thankyou for a pleasant stay!
