In the heart of the Ardennes, with deer and wild boar, the river Maas and the Semois, lies the beautiful little castle. There are many hiking trails right outside the door, the Voie Verte bike path (bikes for rent), and you can go boating (whisper boat and canoes for rent), fishing, mountain biking, and visit forts, museums and flea markets. The castle dates from 1877 and was completely restored in 2018. Across from the chateau is the bakery, a cafe, and a small restaurant with a terrace. There are large supermarkets in the town.
