From its terrace the view opens onto the countryside and the stream, because you are here in the midst of nature, surrounded by woods and meadows. You have access to a park designed for relaxation by the water (soccer field and ping pong). From the house you can go hiking on foot easily. In winter you can rest by the fire with a good book or by daydreaming.

You can enjoy the park, the swimming pool without time constraints. Located near Barjac "Cité de la Renaissance" 5 km, Vallon Pont d 'Arc 5 km, the gorges of the Ardeche, the Chauvet and Uzès cave 35/40 minutes. The place is very quiet. The views are exceptional and there are many activities in the area.

Let yourself be seduced by this beautiful accommodation on the ground floor of my home. (independent entrance). A beautiful vaulted room and its en-suite bathroom for 2 people and a baby (presence of a baby cot and high chair. You are 2 km from Vallon and Ruoms (4 km) on the edge of the bike path and 1 km from the Ardeche River. Nearby, all kinds of shops including 2 restaurants/pizzeria/wine cellar as well as a bakery 100 meters away. Parking on site.

Small Chalet in the Garden of Eden

You need peace, real rest and healing far from the hustle and bustle. This small chalet welcomes you either alone or two from mid-December to mid-March. You'll be there like a cocoon. Located between Montselgues and Sablières in the Ardèche du Sud and altitude 900 m with a superb unobstructed view of the Vercors . It is rented for 2 nights minimum. The Nordic bath is heated on request 65 e with aperitif for the evening. Winter car equipment required.
