Vacation rentals with lake access in Årdal

A very private and peaceful place with stunning views of the water and the mountains. We stayed for three nights and cooked meals every day after long days of exploring the area. The host was very responsive to my questions. Highly recommend this lovely stay.

Our group of five women had an amazing stay at Eli’s place! The kitchen was perfect, the beds comfy, and the views were absolutely stunning. Eli was a kind and thoughtful host. I’m already hoping to come back with my family!

Anbefaler å ta noen dager hos Wenche. Gjestfri og trivelig dame. Huset er veldig hjemmekoselig og nostalgisk. Inneholder alt en trenger. Gården ligger fantastisk til med en flott utsikt utover vakre Vang.

This was such a wonderful home to stay in for a couple of days. My wife and I stayed here for two nights and enjoyed every moment of it. It is just a 30 mins drive from Aurland / Flam, and even closer to the local town of Lærdal. Fun fact, the world’s longest tunnel is located minutes away from this AirBnB! On the way to Aurland. The house is even better than the photos. It is newly updated with charming furniture through out. The bathroom is spacious and kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, stove, and fridge. We loved getting to meet Guro’s mom who lives in the neighboring house and their dog as well. She was so sweet and made the experience feel much more like home. It was a pleasure living on an active farm and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return! The home was clean, and well equipped. We spent all of our evenings on the deck enjoying the fresh air and gorgeous view (there was even a heat lamp to keep us warm). The home was a short drive from many hiking and biking opportunities.

La cabane se situe dans un endroit pausible et magnifique. La vue du salon et de la chambre est a couper le souffle. Et l'interieur est vraiment beau. J'y ai rencontré Bjorge et Johannes qui sont vraiment gentil, accueillant et m'on fait me sentir comme chez moi dès les premiers instants. C'est vraiment un petit coin de paradis et je souhaite à la famille Litlabø le meilleur. et peut être à bientôt

Wonderful place to stay. Nice and cosy farmhouse from 19th century, I guess, but renovated with a lot of love. Modern clean and warm bath. There´s even with a old painted door. Everything is beautifully arranged. Parking right in front of the door. Toril lives next door and is a very helpful host. Beautifully located between the lake and the montains, very scenic view. I was there in Winter with two colleagues for ski-touring, but I will return with the family.

Ein tolles Haus mit ganz besonderer Lage. Mit einer überdurchschnittlichen innen Ausstattung. Eine unglaubliche Aussicht. Und die Nähe zum Wasser ist unschlagbar. Einziges Manko ist der Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Ausparken ist recht schwierig da es direkt an einer Straße mit 80 Zone liegt. Und die sicht durch einen Felsen eingeschränkt ist. Das Boot ist okay und preislich günstig. Aber leider ist das Boot bei Ebbe nur über eine Leiter erreichbar die über dem Wasser Hängt. Und zu einem sehr wackeligen schmalen schwimmsteg führt. Für ältere Menschen oder Kinder nicht geeignet. Hervorzuheben ist noch die Kommunikation mit Hans. Ein wirklich engagierter Vermieter der sich gut um seine Gäste kümmert.

Fin og stor leilighet i et flott bygg. Område rundt var også fint. Alle praktiske ting ble godt og enkelt forklart. Hyggelig opphold

This is a perfect location to have as a base as you travel through the Fjords. We had a car making it easy to get around. Nearest town is 10 mins and kitchen had everything you needed to make light meals. Sigrid was kind and we enjoyed our stay.

Vi havde en virkelig dejlig uge i denne lejlighed, og Carina var en fremragende vært – hurtig til at svare og meget imødekommende. Lejligheden er ny, velindrettet og af høj kvalitet. Fællesarealet, der består af stue, spisestue og køkken, er både hyggeligt og rummeligt med en enestående udsigt over de omkringliggende fjelde. Badeværelset er stort og lækkert, og sengen i soveværelset er komfortabel med en rigtig god madras. Det var desuden et stort plus med plads til vores bil til parkeringskælderen. Der var lidt længere til pisten end forventet, men det gik fint - og der var mulighed for opbevaring af ski i parkeringskælderen og skistøvler i et forrum udenfor lejligheden. Vi kan varmt anbefale denne lejlighed og ville uden tøven bo her igen.

Vi hadde et flott opphold i leiligheten til Kike, som lå veldig fint til med kort vei til bakken.

the apartment was so well equipped, especially the kitchen. The place was comfortable and cozy. if you have a car, it would be perfect... but if you need to rely on public transport, the buses are frequent from Mondays to Fridays. Saturday and Sunday, there are no busses. Kjel and his wife are truly kind. The area is great for hiking.

Vi hadde noen fine dager her! Gode turmuligheter og 20 minutter unna Hemsedal Skisenter. Verten var vennlig og behjelpelig med alt vi lurte på. Et utrolig hyggelig sted å tilbringe påsken på fjellet!

Super Unterkunft, die alles hat was man braucht. Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Betten sind gemütlich. Auch der Kontakt mit Svein war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns sogar mit ein gefrorenen Erdbeeren, Sahne und Vanillesauce eine Freude gemacht! Wir sind nach unseren Ausflügen und Wanderungen sehr gerne immer wieder zurück in die Unterkunft gekommen. Dazu war sie ein top Ausgangspunkt, um den Sognefjord und seine Arme zu erkunden. Wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen.
