This place was so cozy for me and my husband and 2 dogs. Plenty of room for us all. The place was clean and near just about everything in town. The dogs enjoyed the back yard and we enjoyed the covered patio to sit and visit.

This little bungalow was the perfect size for my wife and I. The furnishings and decor were a little rustic looking while at the same time being thoroughly modern. We were in town for a film festival. It was less than 5 minutes to the venue. We intend to attend the festival again next year and we will certainly stay with Austin again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage on Lake Graham. The cottage is cozy and is in such a beautiful location right on the lake. We arrived later at night and instructions to get into the property, as well as the cottage, were perfectly explained ahead of time, so we had no issues getting in. Coffee by the lakeside firepit was the perfect thing the next morning! No fire thanks to the Texas heat, but still and enjoyable area to relax and wake up. Eric was very proactive with communication at all times, which we greatly appreciate! Thank you again!
