Ο Αλέξανδρος ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. ένα πρωί τον κάλεσα να τον ρωτήσω που ήταν η ομπρέλα του ήλιου για την θάλασσα. Σε 20 λεπτά μου είχε φέρει καινούργια. Το σπίτι είναι άνετο, με γούστο, πεντακάθαρο. Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Εμείς κάναμε κάθε μέρα ΒΒQ ή φαγητά του φούρνου και δεν βρήκαμε ούτε ένα μπαχαρικά ή εξοπλισμό που το σπίτι να μην είχε!! Η θάλασσα στα πόδια μας. ποιο κοντά δεν γίνεται. Το φεγγάρι υπέροχο μας κράταγε συντροφιά στη βεράντα κάθε βράδυ με την αντανάκλαση του στην θάλασσα να είναι μια μαγεία. Ιδανικός σπίτι και προορισμός για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση, με αρκετές επιλογές στην περιοχή, με κορυφαία τα δυο θέατρα της Επιδαύρου. Το μικρό θέατρο για τους βασιλείς είναι στην κυριολεξία 700 μέτρα μακριά. Ήταν μια διαμονή που σίγουρα θα ήθελα να επαναλάβω, ακόμα και χειμώνα. Αλέξανδρε ευχαριστούμε για όλα

L’abitazione è, senza ombra di dubbio, meravigliosa. Ogni stanza della casa è pulita ed è presente ogni tipo di comfort. Anche l’esterno è molto curato e pulito. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile per ogni tipo di problema. Non posso fare altro che consigliare questa abitazione per tutti coloro che vogliono relax e privacy sentendosi comunque come a casa propria.

The villa is perfect, peaceful and private.We spent 5 days in May. The location is excellent for sight seeing or just relaxing. The beach which is at the bottom of the garden was very quiet, there is one nice restaurant in this bay where we ate one evening and a short walk to the next bay, there is the small town and more restaurants, bakery, fish mongers etc All the amenities you need are in the villa, a fully well equipped kitchen and a wonderful welcome from Eleni and Kiki with a fridge full of food, fruit, yougurts, eggs, bread,butter,milk, jams, tea and coffee, and fizzy drinks.Also provided things like olive oil, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid, plus laundry detergents etc if you need . There are 2 bikes and 2 kayaks and even beach towels. There are 3 seating areas in the garden, sun and shade and the outdoor kitchen with fridge. We made use of the BBQ and charcoal. It’s a wonderful place and we hope to return again soon.

Ηταν ολα υπέροχα. Το δωμάτιο ηταν άνετο, πληρως εξοπλισμένο και πεντακάθαρο. Η κουζινα ηταν οργανωμένη με ολα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για να μαγειρέψεις. Πολυ φιλικοί και ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες που μας υποδέχθηκαν με το χαμογελο και νιωσαμε σαν το σπιτι μας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!! Θα ξαναπαμε σιγουρα οταν επισκεφθούμε παλι τη Αρχαια Επίδαυρο.

Προσεγμένο σπίτι! Καθαρό και τακτοποιημενο! Πάντα είχε ζεστό νερό! Ευρύχωρο με μεγάλη αυλή όμορφα περιποιημενη! Ήσυχο μέρος και εύκολα προσβάσιμο! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την όμορφη φιλοξενία!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Rosa in Palaia Epidaurus, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Our time at this charming villa was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of daily life, and we left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with unforgettable memories. The owners of Villa Rosa were warm and welcoming and being available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. The villa's manager, Chris, was also very helpful, offering recommendations on local attractions and activities. Overall, our stay at Villa Rosa was nothing short of fantastic. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday experience in Greece. We can't wait to return!

Through a combination of a remote and on-site contact, the arrival / departure process was easy, and anything that needed to be addressed was done so quickly. The flat is as described and represented by the pictures - we appreciated that the kitchen was pre-stocked with some supplies to get started, the very high quality of the mattresses in the bedrooms, and the cool conditions provided by the ground-floor location. The private, gated parking was practical (the large garden also serves as the parking area for others in the building). The flat is well situated for walking to the beach / port areas, which offer numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, and grocery stores. While located on an intersection with the main road and another one with intermittent traffic, the flat itself is fairly well protected from noise.

Dimitra’s place was just perfect. The amenities were great and the community was also amazing. There were great restaurants and walks to take with great views of the water at the port and the historic amphitheater. Dimitra was an awesome host and made our stay special. We are so glad we picked Sandy!
