The studio is on the third and top floor of a quiet and wooded residence near the city center (3 km), the train station is 2 km away, The nearest beaches are 7 km away. Equipped for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), the studio is not suitable for a stay of 4 adults. A balcony allows you to enjoy the sunny days and will be useful for smokers. The beaches of Anglet are 8 km away, Biarritz 11 km and Tarnos 7 km. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
