Spacious, 115 m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms. Our apartment has an amazing view of Tolo bay. Located up in a small hill, 350 metres from the beach and seconds away from the bus station. There is air condition in every bedroom and a pedestal floor fan for the open living room space/ kitchen. There is NO PARKING available outside the property, but there is port free parking or you will find parking space around the neighbourhood. The house is in a peaceful green area with a stunning view of the sea and the orange-tree-filled valley, 5 min walk from the beach with facilities for swimmers, 10 min walk from the village and the small ancient theater of Epidavros. 10 min drive from the most famous ancient theater in the world, the large theater of Epidavros, 30-60 min drive from the city of Nafplion, the archeological site of Mycenae, the Corinth Isthmus canal, Methana volcanic spa, the islands of Poros, Hydra and Spetses.

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof!
