You'll love the calm, the pine forest, the access to the pool and the ocean! Discover our beautiful 110m2 villa nestled on the Lège-Cap-Ferret peninsula, recently renovated and air-conditioned, with its heated salt pool, ideal for holidays for families or friends. Located in the village of Claouey, offering beautiful natural setting and total privacy. The bike path to the ocean through the forest is just behind the house. Shops, the market and the pool are 5’away by bike.

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.

You can enjoy the covered terrace in any weather to relax in the hammock or sunbathe in the garden. A large 18 m2 bedroom is located upstairs (double bed + 2 single bunk beds), as well as the bright bathroom with its 120 x 90 shower. Toilet upstairs and on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with a real sofa bed (Rapido system). Childcare equipment is available on request. Quiet environment, 5 km from Arcachon.

Bike paths 200 m away to discover the Atlantic beaches and go around the Arcachon basin, two bikes are at your disposal. You will appreciate it for its calm and comfort.... It is perfect for couples, possibly for couples with 1 or 2 children, solo travelers and four-legged companions who will be safe
