Lovely village house, East Pyrenees

This quaint village house is located high up in the pretty hillside village of Rodes. Rodes rests in the Languedoc Roussillon/Pyrenees-Orientales region of France where Mount Canigou dominates the skyline. A 30 minute drive takes you to Perpignan and the stunning Mediterranean coast. The house has breath taking views of Mount Canigou from the rooftop terrace and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons. It has a private garage, free WIFI and two bikes available for guests to use. On the ground floor is the walk through garage and a utility area with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and an area for relaxing and eating. From here you access the sunny outdoor terrace and the mezzanine bathroom. The house and the area are perfect for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nearby is a village shop and easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra. The village of Vinca is within walking distance and you can swim, relax and sunbathe on the shores of the crystal clear lake. Maison Mimosa is located in an exceptionally picturesque area ideal for walking and mountain biking as well as a visit to the world reknowned hot springs at Thomas Les Bains. During the winter season, the nearest slopes are just a 45 minute drive away. The 50 euros rate per night is negotiable dependent on number of guests, number if nights booked and the season. Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Located near a charming little village very sunny, on the road to Andorra, this air-conditioned cottage offers direct access to many hiking trails, while being 1 hour from the high mountain and 1 hour from the sea. For a few days or just one night the farm welcomes you. The lac de vinça is very close. We signal that the access is an unpaved path (800m) with a ford to cross ( the ford is currently dry). Located in Rodés, slightly away from the village. 20 minutes from Perpignan and 10 minutes from Prades, the location is perfect for discovering the many classified sites (Castelnou, Eus, Villefranche...). You will also enjoy Lake Vinça (within a 5-minute walk) for lovers of walks or bike rides. The lake has an inflatable play structure for the children.

Take a break and recharge in the countryside, while being only 3 minutes from downtown. From the accommodation, enjoy a superb view of Mount Canigou. You will be charmed by the lights of the beautiful village of Eus at dusk. Very enjoyable stay in Sandrine 's adorable and tastefully decorated house, far away from your standard soulless Airbnb places. Superb rooftop terrace on which we enjoyed lunch on a beautiful blue-skyed winter day. Great place from which to go for walks and explore the Roussillon area. The only minus is that there is no bakery in the village but there are a couple as well as a few restaurants just 10mn away. In a nutshell, a beautiful find facing the Canigou mountains 🏔️

What an absolute gem of a listing -- Teresa's little cabin is tucked into the best-ever spot in La Molina, just far enough away that it feels completely isolated, but in actuality very close (via car) to anything you might need for your stay. Gorgeous surroundings, all framed by a huge picture window. Seriously cannot wait to come back here. It's a perfect place.

Listing completely as described. It's a really nice place. On the other hand, you have to love being isolated in nature. The car is necessary to move and the road is quite folkloric! Hiking departure from the house and small river at the bottom of the village , fruit trees available in the extensive garden, beautiful outdoor space to eat! The house is beautiful, everything is refurbished and the materials and equipment are premium . The bedding in particular is perfect. In short, nothing to repeat. Julien's welcome is neat and everything is thought out for your comfort. We see that he likes to share his love for this family home.

Excellent stay in this accommodation located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is great: modern interior, with individually adjustable air conditioning in each room and bedrooms. Very pleasant exterior with pool and garden amenities. House also ideal for hosting our 10-month-old baby. It has all the necessary amenities: folding baby bed, high chair, blender. Mercédès welcomed us very warmly, she was super available and accommodating with the check-in and checkout time. She is a particularly friendly host and concerned about the well-being of her guests. I would highly recommend it. We'll be happy to return to Mercédès for a future stay.

Super apartment right in front of the beaches, all amenities, very clean and well arranged, the photos of the massage and sauna areas don't do justice to the reality! The small terrace is super nice. Please note: the parking lot is 100 m from the residence, remember to first get as close as possible to the apartment to unload before going to park in the parking lot.
