Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (1st-floor apartment). Nestled a 15-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the train station, I hope this property will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style, and convenience. Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

This family home for 5 generations (1865), completely renovated between 2023 and 2025. The work has transformed it into a modern residence, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay, including for people with reduced mobility (armchair). Also enjoy its bioclimatic veranda (2025) or its wood-burning stove (living room) and gas stove (veranda), which is highly appreciated during the cold season. Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Peaceful haven in the center of the Nievre. Take a quiet break in this newly renovated old house. The living room will welcome you with its living and dining area. One of the sofas is convertible (thick mattress 140 X 190) the separate kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The upstairs bedroom has a large 160 x 200 cm bed. The bathroom features a shower and toilet in addition to the one on the ground floor
