Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... The stay was very good. The apartment is well located and has easy access to Dunas beach. Everything was as reported on the site. Communication with André was always very easy and fast. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and was very clean. Here's a tip: the building number is 580, but it's between 60 and 56, so it should be 58. Cabo Frio things, lol. But the wase leaves you in the right place.

Delighted with the place and the accommodation, literally just like the photos. Super comfortable view, a few meters from all the beaches Rua das Pedras. The only thing I didn't like very much was the elevator, but it's minimal with the comfort of the apartment

I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well maintained, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Beautiful house with a wonderful view

The apartment was impeccable, everything as in the publication. It is located in the center facing the sea and you have all the businesses nearby. The view is beautiful. What I didn't know was that it had so many stairs, 7 floors, which was a little uncomfortable for me, but then everything was perfect.

The house is within a condominium with a good structure of services: market/bakery, Açaí, Restaurant/pizzeria; family environment, without agglomeration and with security because only authorized cars enter. The beach is a lagoon of crystal clear water and had the optimum temperature, which is difficult in Arraial. The house is great, compact, easy to keep clean and tidy, good cookware and appliances. The outdoor area is very good, has plenty of space, BBQ area, armchairs to relax in the late afternoon and the swimming pool is wonderful, as well as beautiful. Jane and her family were great, always attentive, responsive and also love pets. We stayed 5 days in the house and did not want to leave. Nossa golden Dom squeezed in the pool and is hung over to this day. It's a hosting worth!! ❤️

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. Laura's penthouse was exactly what we were looking for, secure, facing the beach with the beautiful sea view, beautiful sunset, space for family barbecue. It was the perfect choice to reunite with our family. If we come back to the area, we will surely try to stay at this apartment again.

We loved the apartment, very nice view, very complete, everything it offered, the pool was beautiful. We had a problem, but we were able to solve it with the owner of the place who was complaining about some scratches on the TVs. I am convinced that we didn't do it because we hadn't even plugged in the one in the room because we didn't use it. But then, luckily, he was able to find out that it had been another guest or the cleaning people themselves. And I was more relaxed there. The only thing to add is that the location is wrong on Google Maps. When you put the address, it marks it in the center of Rua das Pedras, and it is almost at Praia dos Osos. It happened when I arrived and when I called the Uber to take us. Maybe we need to fix that. After everything, amazing! The service, the The place, the view, and the equipment that the place has is super complete, nothing is missing.
