Our private cabin "Michaela" is a green, peaceful space nestled on the campus of Emili Aregak, a center for children with special needs. Michaela is wifi-equipped, peaceful and perfect for remote working or a weekend getaway. All rental proceeds go to support Emili Aregak therapy programs! Michaela is surrounded by fruit trees, has a small patio with a barbeque grill and a walking path with a mountain view. You can access the kitchen and laundry in the building next door.

New Central apartment

The neighborhood is amazing, right in the heart of old Gyumri. The apartment is freshly renovated, has everything tourists would need. Its bedroom area is subtly isolated from the main area through shelves that add coziness to the place. The bed is queen size, with a super comfortable new mattress, the sofa bed can comfortably accommodate one adult or two kids. We will make sure you enjoy your stay and will give you tips on places to visit.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. In the center of Gyumri city, next to Vardanants Square, next to Alexandrapol Hotel. A very warm and bright apartment just renovated and all amenities (large refrigerator, washing machine, electric stove, comfortable bathroom). You can visit with your family or alone. All major shopping centers and the central market are very close.

It is located 5 minutes walk to the central square and other attractions. The apartment has high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi) and all that is needed for full-fledged filling.

The owner was really friendly he even made us coffe and shared some apricots with us. The room was really big and clean. There was even a refrigerator in our room. Very nice price and location!

The place is centrally located and close to practically everything. The room was ready at my arrival. Amalia’s grandmother was always available and her kindness made the stay even more comfortable. Overall a great experience and, if in Gyumri in the future, I will definitely come back. Recommended.

A great place to stay in Gyumri. Me and my husband spent a weekend at Aleksandr’s apartment. Everything was clean, cozy as described. We really liked the smart TV in the room :) Kitchen was well equipped, good wifi. Walking distance till city center. Will definitely come back! Thank you Aleksandr!

Everything was as expected. You can even enjoy making your BBQ at Arman’s place. Location is amazing and we were able to go the square by walk. Communication with Arman is very smooth and quick.
