Casa Mugango

Casa Mugango is in Cunha, in the Campos Novos district, about 25 km from the center, with 19 km of paved roads. It is located inside Cabanha Bocaina, a rural site. It is a refuge from the hustle and bustle, a calm environment with the proximity of Nature and country life. The house is surrounded by fragments of forest. Wild animals, insects, spiders and toads can be found, even with periodic fumigations. During the rainy season, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle. I do transfers at no cost, to be agreed upon!

Juçaras refuge with the Alambari River in the backyard

Refúgio das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the land enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Casa da Nêspera was created to be another charming and comfortable little corner for those who appreciate nature, exclusivity and tranquility. With a beautiful view, it has wifi and a Smart TV with Sky. It has a Finnish sauna with glass, and a view of the mountains. Possibility of many hikes to waterfalls and views, a mandatory stop is the river, on the property. Access to the house is 17 km of land, ideally by 4x4 vehicle. We have a shuttle service for this stretch. Consult us.

Ninho do Condado dos Guapuruvus House. Is it a treehouse? Yes and no. A suspended chalet? Yes and no. A cabin? A kind of nest house? Yeah, maybe so. Definitely an experience. 2 floors and a ground floor. Almost a little building. I decided to share and make it available whenever the demand is for a maximum of 4 people. Fireplace, sauna, thermal sheet… next to a river… we do not accept visits without prior authorization. We have an extra cottage for the second couple.

Tem 2 quartos com camas de casal e mais 2 colchões de solteiro, todos os espaços no Interior são abertos. É isolado, minha casa fica na propriedade, mas distante uns 80 metros, quem aluga não divide o espaço com outros hóspedes.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.

With an amazing view of Pico do Penedinho, the mountain where the history of Penedo began. - We provide all bedding (sheet, bedspread, blanket, quilt and 1 pillow per guest); - Bath and face towels are provided for the entire stay.
