Spacious house in a condominium on the Avaré dam, in front of the blue coast, 500 meters from the banks of the dam, overlooking the sunset on the water. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a whirlpool bathtub. In addition to the bathroom in the suite, there is another one on the ground floor and one at the back of the house, near the gourmet area. The house has 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 2 single mattresses. We can provide bedding, pillows and blankets if needed
