It is a beautiful house from the 70s, well maintained, full of plants and good vibes, located just 2 blocks from the temple of San Jose, in a very quiet neighborhood. The central patio is perfect for gatherings. The property has 4 cozy, private and bright rooms, its original wood and tile ceilings help maintain a mild climate all year round. It is built on one level, making it easier for us to accommodate people with disabilities. We have quality and comfort standards.

It is located on the outskirts of Tepatitlán and very close to San José de Gracia, on the iron stone ranch and the different destinations of the Altos de Jalisco. It is a rural area that has paths from concrete to ground, behind the temple, so it is an ideal ranch to rest. It has: 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, fireplace, Internet, TV, 2 full bathrooms, terrace.

The house is much more beautiful than in the photos I really liked its design 😊 is very warm and spacious, it has all the services, it has an electric fireplace that served us a lot to heat the house a little for this cold weather, it has a mirror in the living room that gives an excellent view, the bathroom has hot water, also in the part of the terrace they have a small house for dogs that served us a lot for my two pets. The location was very good, no noise was heard and in front there was a small park where you could walk your pets I would definitely stay at this place again

The house is super clean, just as seen in the photos, my husband and I felt right at home, the area is very quiet, there was privacy, hot water to bathe, in general, the stay was very pleasant, I will definitely return.
