Had a pleasant stay overall! The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and the location is very convenient—there’s a supermarket right downstairs, which made cooking easy. The kitchen is decently stocked, though a few essentials like oil, salt, and sugar were missing. The space itself is aesthetically done and quite comfortable. The bed placement is nice, but being under the fan would’ve made it cooler—both the fan and AC struggle a bit with cooling the entire room. The TV is massive, but just note that you’ll need to log in with your own Netflix/Prime accounts, as subscriptions aren’t provided. Would’ve appreciated an iron and a hair dryer, but these weren’t available. Despite these small things, I highly recommend this place! The building has a gym and a pool, which were a great bonus. Vishal was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

The place was well maintained and pretty clean. It wasn’t far from the new airport so even though we arrived to Goa at 10:30 we were able to be in bed by 11:30. There are tons of great places to eat around the house. We went to fat fish which has awesome food and is just a 20 minutes by car. Having a washing machine was a big plus point as we were able to wash our clothes after our kayaking adventure. Over all I’ll give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating and would definitely visit again!

I had a great stay at Meena’s Airbnb! The place was really nice—clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a lot of great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, although there wasn’t much nearby, so it’s best if you have your own transportation or just want a relaxing escape. Overall, a lovely, well-equipped spot hosted by someone thoughtful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The stay was wonderful! The house is exactly like what you see in the pictures. The location is a bit isolated but honestly it’s a nice place, away from the hustle bustle of the rest of Goa. Highly recommended!

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

amazing view to enjoy waking up, enjoying a cup of coffee, enjoying a meal alone or with others. apartment is large for 2 couples or family. bonus is washing machine and balconies. Area is quiet but close to markets, beaches, cafes and restaurants. need some kind of transportation. there is plenty of parking available. Host, Sanna responds immediately, guard helpful and friendly. Swimming pool excellent to cool down!

She helped me with everything and gave me advice for local restaurants, places to visit, food delivery - you cannot ask for a better host and the place is just beautiful and quiet, surrounded by palmtree forests and the river: dreamy! I stayed at Robert’s house for three days with my parents, and I must say the place is quite spacious and absolutely clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, and there’s a gas cylinder in case you want to make a simple breakfast or some tea/coffee. Both rooms have air conditioning, which was a big plus. The location is fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk from Ashwem Beach. There’s a supermarket, coffee shops, a wine shop, and multiple restaurants nearby, including beachside shacks. The beach itself is super clean and peaceful. Mandrem and Morjim beaches are also close by, though having a vehicle makes getting around much easier. Robert is an amazing host. He helped with everything—from receiving us to assisting with booking a self-drive car. He was always available on call whenever we needed anything. Just very helpful overall. Would definitely love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Siolim, Goa! As a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), the place was just perfect for us. The check-in was seamless and hassle-free, which made settling in easy and stress-free. The home is beautifully done with tasteful decor and all the amenities you could need—from a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine to a private pool and plenty of space to lounge and relax. The kids especially loved the pool, and the lush garden around it added to the charm. This place is ideal for both families and groups alike, with enough room to gather, unwind, or just enjoy some quiet time. The location is peaceful yet well-connected to nearby attractions and essentials. The helpers were always prompt, polite, and super helpful. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout. A special mention to the thoughtful hosts for the lovely parting gift—it was such a sweet gesture and really capped off a memorable stay. We’d love to come back here on our next trip!

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Located in the heart of Siolim. Anuj’s villa was in the middle of northern Goa’s prime beach locations so we were close to everywhere. Place needed a couple of things done (sink was leaking, clothes dryer stand was needed, swimming pool had some leaves, AC had water leaking over the couch) but Bharat and Snehal were able to take care of them promptly. If you need anything or have any issues, Bharat is always available. The villa is very spacious and had ACs in all the rooms which helped us to cool instantly during the hot winter days (unusual) we stayed over at. Recommend it for others to stay for longer trips!

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

The stay was amazing and very comfortable. The entire house was well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and spotless. Mr. Anand stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we weren’t facing any issues. He even shared a helpful travel guide, which made our trip smoother. I’ll definitely visit again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.

Dev is a wonderful host, who went beyond his way, to make us feel comfortable and welcome. the apartment is cute, clean, neat and quite airy - it was almost like living in your own space. Dev was always available on call and texts and was infact very accommodating to all our requests. He gave great recommendations for food and local shopping (cashews) and even advised us how best to navigate the city, especially when it came to finding a cab/ taxi. I really appreciate how patient he was with my friends and we might even come back here the next time we are in Goa! Thank you, Dev for being a part of our trip. :)
