Находится в 2х минутах ходьбы от остановки. Через дорогу большой супермаркет Кайзер. Для проживания есть всё необходимое - 3 уединенные зоны для комфорта, бесшумный кондиционер, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, холодильник, микровалновая печь. 2 отдельные спальные места в разных комнатах, при необходимости в гостиной тоже можно добавить спальное место. До центра города на такси занимает 13-20мин(в зависимости от трафика, стоимость 1000-1800).
