Excellent house to gather the family and spend a week or a special weekend. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a garage for 3 cars, and air conditioning in all bedrooms. We are finishing renovations for future installations of a swimming pool, gourmet area, additional barbecue grill and suite It is next to a grocery store, close to a butcher shop, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant, and 800 meters from the Orla de Atalaia Events Square, the tourist market, and one of the most sought-after steakhouses in the city, Sal e Brasa.

(note: we provide the TV with a TV box and internet access for Netflix/YouTube. We do not have an antenna for broadcast TV)

There is a gas station with a mini-market, butcher shop and breakfast 300 meters away. With 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites - one on the ground floor), all with air conditioning, and 2 guest bathrooms.
