We can't imagine a more perfect apartment! Incredibly clean, wonderful location, beautiful interior and great host. The only thing I would add to what others wrote is - be sure to read the guide provided as it is very thorough and has great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We tried the restaurant in Matosinhos, Casa Teresa, and we were not disappointed! It is very easy to Uber there if you don't have a car and the fish is outstanding. Hope to return next year - will definitely stay here anytime we are in Porto!

Great place to stay in Porto! Best part is the balcony view. Located in central location close to everything. Would recommend it. Had a personal welcome at location as well which made it even better.

Stunning apartment in the ideal location with the perfect host. This really is an exceptional place, beautifully decorated and furnished in real quality and style. The balcony topped it off as a fabulous - and remarkably spacious - bonus. Long evenings with the street hubbub below and fantastic views of the historic city. It's a maximum of 15 minutes walk from just about anywhere you want to go - most is closer still. Claudia is an exceptional host responding to everything (eg our delayed arrival) with friendliness and warmth. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Claudia and your team!

View was unbelievable especially evening. Location was perfect for us since we had a car and we were able to have a nice quiet evening. If no car not as convenient since everything is a bit far. For us price was worth it. Enough rooms, bathrooms and beds. The lady who met us during check in was very helpful and responsive. I feel she made the experience a lot more easier for the whole stay

Staying in Gaia on our visit to Porto was the right call for us. Beautiful sunset views, in my opinion better than the park or the bridge - right from the bedroom balcony - 9th floor. Just a few minute walk to Dom Luis bridge, 10-20 minutes down to the port warehouses and docks. Easy/lovely cross to Porto waterfront. Very comfortable - this place worked great and Sonia is very helpful and communicative.

We had a great stay. Cláudia is a top-notch host - clear instructions, place is exactly as depicted and is in a great location in Porto. Her recommendations for restaurants and things to do were spot on. Clean, great space for 2 people. Highly recommend.

An exceptionally beautiful house with a very good price-performance ratio. There are four really nice double rooms, so really suitable for up to 8 people. Three bathrooms, a large and really well-equipped kitchen and the highlight: huge living room and dining room. The garden is also very nicely landscaped (and there will soon be a pool!). The location is fine (purely residential area), but you can walk and cycle very nicely directly from the house. In 10-15 minutes by car to the sea and in 45 minutes to Porto. The house is very well equipped, designed with a lot of love and absolutely recommended!

The stay went incredibly well. We had high expectations, but it managed to exceed them. The house is very well located and the decor is wonderful! For me, João and Debora are impressive as hosts, they left nothing to chance and were always available to help. For sure, repeating it!

We had such a lovely stay at the apartment and would definitely stay here again! Everything was as described and the host was responsive. The views were so beautiful over the river and the plunge pool was amazing for cooling off. The city is very walkable but Bolts are cheap is you don’t fancy the hills.

I was absolutely Gaga over Jorge’s place! Exquisitely curated with architectural details that were just impeccable. As an interior designer, this space has my fervent stamp of approval. The neighborhood is great - tree lined streets, lots of students and just nice and quiet. Jorge’s recs were thorough and thoughtful. We loved Porto much more than other cities in PT, and will definitely come back here if we can. The fresh fruit was much appreciated 🥰

Beautiful villa, the exterior with its multiple terraces and pool is a haven of peace. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. There are all the amenities (washing machine, iron, dolce gusto, etc.) for a lovely stay. In addition, Ema and her teams are very welcoming. The only point of vigilance is that it is necessary to have a vehicle because the villa is quite isolated. In short, I recommend it! 😊

Ricardo has been responsive since the original booking months ago. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, apartment was quiet. He met us there to give the instructions in person and was quick to respond for any needs. This place is highly recommended!

Joana and her husband were great. Very friendly and have the apartment very weel decorated and perfectly clean. They were very responsive and helped us with anything that was needed. Location is very good and calm. Wish we had stay more time.

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Very nice apartment for 2 people, with all amenities - towels, shampoo, soap, coffee maker, washing machine, iron. Very nice and helpful host, showed us on the map of Porto places worth visiting, answered all questions on an ongoing basis - very good contact. The apartment is located 500 m from the beach, in a very good communication point (metro, buses). I highly recommend it.

The apartment is currently under renovation and we have been given the one downstairs, which is similar but with a large terrace. The apartment is still new, comfortable and very clean. From May 22 to 29, with my wife and son, we stayed in this apartment equipped with every comfort, all the appliances in the kitchen and bathroom are new. All linens, bed and bath, were available and perfect. Comfortable and large double bed In addition, the house has perfect and fast Wi-Fi and two new air conditioners The accommodation is located near Campanha, in a quiet area and the condominium is very quiet. David was kind and helpful, answering our questions immediately A stay to be repeated definitely... Highly recommended. Great location right in the city center, within walking distance to everything around. Parking spot was very convenient and safe as it was in a private underground parking lot. The place was very clean, quiet and had everything that we could need! Would highly recommend.
