L'appartement dispose d'une place de parking privé ainsi que de tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi ou presque :) Cuisine entièrement équipée, climatisation réversible (A/C), vaisselles, cafetière, salon avec canapé convertible en lit 140 avec surmatelas, une chambre principale avec lit en 160,dressing, draps, serviettes, etc....

Appartement de 45m2 situé au cœur de la ville d'Apt à quelques pas des commerces et des monuments historiques. Il comprend une grande pièce à vivre de 28m2 avec cuisine ouverte, totalement équipée (plaque induction, four, hotte, frigo, micro-onde, cafetière Dolce Gusto (1 dosette de café offerte par personne pour le 1er matin) et ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles, poêles, vaisselle, etc...), une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et une chambre avec un lit en 140 et placard/penderie.

Lovely new house with a panoramic view on the Luberon Come and enjoy the private swimming pool of 15m, lounging in the sun. You can also discover the Colorado Provençal (10mn by car), the villages among the most beautiful in France like Roussillon or Gordes (15 to 20mn by car). You will also enjoy Apt market, every saturday morning, spread across the entire city.
What guests are saying:“The accommodation is ideal for a relaxing stay near shops, walking and cycling trails ... At 4, we had plenty of room. The swimming pool is superb. Table tennis and bbq complete the property's facilities. We were afraid of noises with the road passing below but ultimately there is very little car. Calm reigns! Finally, in this particular context linked to COVID, we felt safe and reassured by the behavior of the owners. Excellent stay!”
