Charming independent accommodation located on the ground floor of an 18th century house, in the town center, 16 km from the Vendée coast (20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne). It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!

Welcome to our beautiful, fully renovated cottage located in Notre Dame de Riez. This 40 m2 independent accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally located in a quiet area and close to the sea, the beach is a 15-minute drive away and the city center of Notre-Dame-de-Riez is less than 1 km away. Bed and bath linens are not included in the booking but can be provided upon request at a price of €10. For your parking, a large space is available in front of the house.
