Monthly Rentals in Applecross

A great space for us to stay close to our WA family. Quiet location with a beautiful view from the balcony. Paul was very helpful, even came down from the top floor and helped us get our luggage in after delayed flights and a much later arrival at night than expected.

We felt right at home from the start of our stay. Such friendly people. Rachel's place is so well situated. Both close to public transport and easy to drive around too. Rachel kindly put some foods in the fridge for us which we really appreciated. The flat was cosy and sunny depending on what you want. We loved it. We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.
