Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

We are 5 minutes from Pont-Audemer, a pretty little tourist town with many shops and activities (cinema, swimming pool, bowling, golf, canoeing, fishing...). We are located 30 minutes from the sea, including Honfleur and Deauville. Hiking trails start from Corneville and the surrounding municipalities. The house is located 100 m from the Risle (river) and offers a beautiful view of the countryside.
