Whenever I’m in Managua, I choose to use this property. It’s close to everything has the transit system at its center and extremely private as well as secure.

We loved the place, from the moment you enter there is private security, they are very friendly, there is space to park the vehicle, the cleanliness of the place was impeccable, you could rest without any noise, the water pressure was very good, the air conditioning cooled very well, we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. There are not enough characters here to describe how wonderful our experience was, the place was extremely spacious, luxurious and crisp clean. It's really great value. The views are incredible, it looks even more impressive in real than in the photos. The location is secluded, if you like to walk, towns are at ~20 minute walking distance or you can order a mototaxi for $2-$3 or so. Jannett was such a gracious host, we had a few tiny issues at start and she solved it so graciously, that we almost felt uncomfortable with her generous solution! The caretaker was wonderful too, as an added bonus we got to take care of their dog who lives on the premises, we miss our dog at home so this was great. There are 3 amazing trails nearby, they are not really marked well, but it's fairly easy to find them. You can easily spend 5-6 days here and do all the trails, visit the villages and unwind and relax. This is a true hidden gem and I would come back here without a doubt!!! Thank you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful oasis! The space is incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beds were so comfortable—we all slept like a dream! One of our favorite spots was the gorgeous hammock, perfect for lounging and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Our host was so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A special shoutout to Karin, the housekeeper, who did such a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and welcoming. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

The house is super clean and private. The neighborhood is super quiet.

Casa Blanca exceeded our expectations. It was very clean. The pool was perfect way to cool down from the heat. The air conditioners cooled off each bedroom with no problem. The location was perfect. Very walkable to many restaurants and shops. We brought ear plugs just in case but did not really need them. The market (which was one of the coolest things I’ve seen) was only a 5 minute walk. Granada Property Service was the local service used to manage the property. They were great. They book a van for 6 from the airport, a driver for a day trip to Laguna de apoyo, and an in house massage for 6. Guillermo was very responsive and provided the best list of tips and recommendations I’ve ever seen at any air bnb I’ve stayed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Very cool. I felt right at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, the apartment was well distributed and very cozy to spend time with the family, very quiet and the barbecue was a dream. I loved it and enjoyed a good barbecue. I recommend it and I'll be back.

Great home, all amenities are included and they were very responsive to any need( my man Julio and his team) Property is in a gated community with peaceful and comfortable secure living. They definitely covered all the small details, appliances and items you don’t even realize how important it is to have. I recommend this place for anyone, just be mindful of treating it like it your own home. They show great details in how home is set up and how important is to satisfy the guest, so take care of things for the next guest using it. That will be me again! Lol . By the way , main avenue Carretera Masaya had everything restaurants supermarkets and local Nicaraguan food stores selling legit Nica food. Thank me later.

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

The location is ideal and the security and staff are very friendly and helpful. Only mistake and it was on my part it’s that I picked an upstairs apartment and it made it difficult with our heels but that was totally me. The pool looked just so good and I love how close everything is, 100% recommend
