In Huize Hertog there is no gas and you are at home, with just that little bit more.

The outdoor house is beautifully located on an estate on the edge of a vast forest. The garden is completely fenced. It is perfectly suitable for a couple when only the ground floor is used. By occupying the upper floor, it is also suitable for a family or two couples. The country house is reached via a long driveway between the Icelandic horses. There is a lot of wildlife in the forest. There are countless beautiful hiking and biking routes. The garden has been redesigned. The grass still has to come up.

There is a possibility for horseback riding lessons. Very suitable for families. There are no shops in the village.

Plenty of sunny and shady spots in the enclosed garden with a private parking space and a bicycle shed with charging station. From this location, there are plenty of cycling and walking routes. The village and the woods are just a short 10-minute walk away. You're also welcome in the vineyard enjoy the peace and quiet.

The upper floor can be reached via the stairs from the living room, here there is a 2nd toilet and 2 bedrooms. The house is located near National Park de HogeVeluwe and Kroller Muller Museum.

Outside, there is also plenty of space to enjoy and play on the spacious lawn. For the children, there is also a lot to do, a trampoline, playhouse, slide, swing, sandpit. There is enough space to park the cars.
