Third time here, third unit, ALL AMAZING! I’ve been staying in these units since 2019 every time I come to a Phoenix. They are the best! Conveniently located, immaculate, and awesomely designed/decorated. Every time I come I make sure to get one of Derek’s units. Cannot recommend enough!!!

This stay was amazing. The location was great and accessible to downtown Scottsdale, phoenix, Tempe. The images are exactly what you see - if you’re working remotely this is a great space to work from. They have a desk and a monitor for your use. Parking is easy and you have a designated spot. The bed was also very comfortable. Definitely recommend

Beautiful modern suite with sunset view to mountains from deck on 7th floor on popular Roosevelt Row. Less than mile to convention center with outdoor private pool, many great restaurants and beer gardens nearby plus live jazz many nights nearby. Hosts very responsive.

Cute, clean, quaint condo on a beautiful peaceful property. Stocked with basic essentials (even shampoo, conditioner and K cups for coffee) as well as what you’d typically expect. Great communication with Lil. If you’re staying in the Chandler area, id highly recommend!

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

This is a beautiful 3rd floor condo, in a great and clean neighborhood, with access to useful amenities. Although I arrived to a messy home, Amir was very responsive and had a cleaner over within an hour. The cleaner explained the situation, which was very understandable, and she did an amazing job within a good time frame. Amir was also kind enough to refund me for half the day due to the inconvenience. This condo was airy, has a great layout and a very unique bathroom design. I was on the patio every night enjoying the stars. I highly recommend staying here.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

We had an amazing stay in Nick’s condo! It had everything we needed: prime location on the property, close to the heart of Scottsdale, clean & well kept with intentional effort to make it cozy and provided a peaceful space to unwind after a day of adventuring. Dare I say it’s even better in person than the listing portrays. Nick is a great host. He let us know the cleaners were done early and allowed early check in, which was so nice after an early morning of travel. We could also tell that he really listens to his guest as we noticed some freshly restocked goods based on prior reviews. The pool was also perfection and everyone we encountered was so nice! No issues with neighbors or noise disturbances once during our stay. We will absolutely be back to stay! Thanks, Nick!

Great place to stay! We enjoyed the pool and the location is a good distance from Old Town. Chris and Cynthia were very responsive and flexible.

Great space in a perfect location. Close enough that you’re walking distance to shops and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet, private area. Would definitely recommend!

Most places provide the basics, and that is all that is expected. This place goes above and beyond! Every toiletry item you might have forgotten…. It’s there. Need a snack. It’s there. Need a bottle of water, an adult beverage, a soda, or a couple of cups of coffee each day… it’s there. Big beach towels for the pool, or a response to your silly question? It’s there. Great place with superb responses when needed.

I love this place, the host was very proactive, nice and flexible, giving clear & easy instructions how swimming pools & things works at his house. This house is spacious & very clean, i would Recommended to anyone who needs a vacation home for family. Thank you Bryan for letting my family stayed at your place for couple nights, we had good time with family and my daughter had a memorable night for her graduation party with her friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Phoenix! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—cozy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and great Wi-Fi. The backyard was a true highlight, with a relaxing pool, BBQ grill, and plenty of space to unwind in the Arizona sun. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, hiking trails, and just a short drive from downtown. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, which made us feel right at home. Our host was super responsive and friendly, offering great local recommendations and making check-in a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely planning to come back!

Our stay was awesome, the host gave clear inatructions and responded in a timely manner to all enquiries. Despite being near a main road he has provided noise cancelling equipment that once indoors , blocks outs the noise from traffic. Adequate for a large group.

10/10 experience! Excellent home. No bait and switch here. The listing was exactly as described in pictures and words. In fact, it was even better seeing it in person. Our host Kristie was extremely accommodating. Kristie went above and beyond in her generosity and thoughtfulness. She allowed a small gathering to celebrate a college graduation and a birthday. I wanted for nothing while in the home. So many personal touches from a handwritten birthday card to me and another for my son who graduated, to kitchen equipment, phone chargers and doggie treats. The house is immaculate. The furniture inside and outside the home was extremely comfortable. The outdoor pool/patio/yard was also well equipped which allowed us to not be confined to just indoor activities. There was something for everyone. Kristie was easy to communicate with and was prompt in responding. I would highly recommend this home and I WILL be booking this home again. Host Kristie for the win!

Eric keeps this place squeaky clean and the beds are comfortable. I really liked that it is in a gated community. And proactively or responding, Eric was great. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Fantastic place, great communication, well stocked. Perfect for a family. We had a lot of fun. It’s very quiet at night which is huge. We are coming in at the end of the vacation season in Scottsdale, and there were a couple minor things that need to be addressed, but the hosts were super helpful. Only issues we had was the beds were not great, but the hosts were very responsive about that and we saw they had several new mattresses in the garage, so it looks like that’s not an issue. Other thing was the beautiful and comfortable feather bedding. Three in my party are allergic to down/feathers and had some difficulty at nights. I didn’t see that in the listing, but I could have missed it. Alternate bedding options would be nice. Last thing, only a sheet and a comforter. Would have liked a thin blanket in between. Too hot for a comforter, too cool for just a sheet. Would be a 1/2 star deduction, but the rest was so great, I’ll round up. Thanks for a great vacation

An unforgettable girls’ trip! We loved every moment—late-night chats under the stars on the rooftop deck, splashing around in the in-ground pool, and peaceful walks through the charming neighborhood. Our local adventures took us to Salt River tubing in Mesa, a lively dinner at Cala in Scottsdale and brunches at Amelia’s by EAT and Lucy’s, but coming back to this cozy retreat made it all even better. This home was the perfect backdrop for our memories, and we can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Paulo's place was perfect for our family weekend. Our grandson had plenty of room to play, loved the outdoor play gym with slide, and the pool was a comfortable temp for all of us to enjoy. The sleeping arrangements worked well for everyone and having a crib was priceless. The neighborhood is quiet , peaceful, and beautiful with the trees and grassy lawns and medians.
