The house is in a beautiful area, there is a community park and basketball courts. The Master has a King size bed and the other bedrooms are Queen. The freeway is about 1 mile away. Shopping malls and restaurants are also within a 1-2 miles radius. Everything you need is all there which is very convenient.

Great fast internet, AC is new and works great (important in Arizona) and the bathroom shower is amazing.
