Clean accommodation~ Clean neighborhood~ The bed was so fluffy, and the air conditioner had a separate living room, and the boiler worked well, and I had a good rest. I wanted to sleep more because I had something to see outside, but it was a pity. I wanted to come again next time.

The stay went well, the host is responsive to the different requests, ideal location close to the metro and several restaurants nearby. The inconveniences are the insulation, we hear the noise from outside and the apartment deserves a little refresh.

What a wonderful place to stay - far better than any soulless hotel room. This is a traditional Korean house with character and style. The instructions to find the place were excellent. We found it straight away and it was easy to get in. The home is beautiful. Lots of space to relax and chill out. But also so convenient to the subway and buses to travel the city. There is a coffee machine which was perfect for the mornings. The home was spotless and well looked after. The heating worked well and it was always warm to return to in the evening. It felt like a home, not a house, as it was lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

One of the cosiest and most atmospheric places I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The living room is so cool - and it smelled amazing. There’s a lot of space, so it’s perfect for families and other small groups. The location is good for visiting Hongdae and especially Gangnam, you will need to plan ahead if you wish to go further though (i.e to Western/Central Seoul), so keep that in mind. I recommend the area, regardless - it’s a unique experience as it seems not much tourists are around, perfect for an evening stroll + good restaurants around. The check-in instructions were accurate, and the space was really clean and warm! Asan Hospital was about 15-20 minutes on foot, and it was really easy to get there just by going straight! Lotte World Mall was also 10 minutes away, so it was really convenient to use! There was no floor noise at all! The hosts were also very kind and were considerate of my inevitable circumstances! Thank you so much!

I went with 8 of my co-workers to find a place to go near Seoul. I took 4 cars, and although there was no private parking lot, there was plenty of free public parking nearby, so it was easy to park. It was much wider than what I saw in the photos, so it was a space that could accommodate 20 people, including the living room, not just 8. I used the rooftop barbecue for a little over 2 hours, and the barbecue cost was reasonable, and it was nice to be able to use it alone on the rooftop.

Such a kind and lovely host. Nice clean place just like it was described. 3x bathrooms were very convenient for our family. We have had a wonderful time. Not the most convenient location for commuting but very peaceful and full of clean air..young kids enjoyed country lifestyle. . waking up to crow of the roosters. . playing with the two dogs and watching kittens. . even caught a tree frog (we let it go) .. . Overall good value for money.

It was really nice that it was spacious and tidy.

I was surprised to be able to enjoy this service and luxury at this price. All my friends who went with me were so satisfied that they were surprised. I think it was because it was usually used as a villa, but it was really abundant without anything missing. The bathroom was spacious, so it was so nice, and there was a karaoke room and a jjimjilbang, so I was so sorry that I didn't get to the accommodation early. I'm really satisfied.

I booked it in a hurry for the same day, but it was okay.

It was a tidy place to stay. All the items were well organized. The bathroom and shower were clean, and the hot water came out well. The accommodation is cool. I had to use the washing machine, and I was able to use it comfortably. It was nice to have a brazier so I could have a time with my child. The way in was complicated, but it was a little easier to get in because you guided me in advance by message. It was a distance where you could go to Jebudo Beach in about 3 minutes by car. Above all, the owner kindly gave feedback. Thanks to you, I had a nice trip.

I was surprised that the view was better than the photos. I liked it the most among the West Sea accommodations. I liked that the quality of disposables and the cleanliness of the bathroom were high!

I liked it because it seemed like adults were healing, and the kids had so much fun that they didn't even find toys. It was a little difficult to use the hot water, but everything else was so nice. I think I'll definitely consider it again when I go with a lot of people next time.

Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

Really appreciated the host. She was very responsive and accommodating. The place is large enough to comfortably accommodate four adults and definitely a family with children. The apartment is also located less than a 5 min walk off one of the express subway stops that makes it very convenient to go into the city since it’s away from the main city center—it is however conveniently located close to the airports if you are considering additional travel while staying in Korea. While there are a lot of eateries and chain cafes along this subway stop they are mostly mediocre. You’d have to travel to Hongdae or the Hapjeong area for better eateries. It is one subway stop or an easy 15 to 20 min walk from a non-chain bakery called Patisserie Sona that in my opinion has an amazing egg tart and other tasty baked goods.

The location was great and the interior was beautiful. But the subway is right in front, so it's a little noisy if you open the door. I don't think it matters when you turn on the air conditioner in the summer.

She was super nice, helping us with our stay and commute. She showed us around the house and took us to the nearby KBBQ, had a chat with us. Super enjoyable and kind host! The room was cozy, and the piano made our stay very warm and comfortable. The amenities were great, the laundry worked well and the toilet was reasonably clean. Although the roof was a bit too low, it was good enough for me as I am quite short. The fan was useful to keep the bedroom cool. She helped us with Netflix and TV when it showed an error, very responsive and very kind host. The location is good if you want to cross the river multiple times and enjoy the view of the ride. I think this was an amazing trip. I will certainly come back if I return to Korea. Thank you so much!

Very clean, surprised by the design as soon as I entered.The location is good, you can walk to the shops in Hannam-dong, there is a CU at the entrance of the alley, very convenient.The uncles in this area are very friendly, and on the first day, they gave us directions even when we couldn't gesture or guess.The most troublesome thing for foreigners is the garbage sorting every time, but we try our best to complete it.The only disadvantage is that the floor is high and the stairs are narrow, so it is inconvenient to move the box. Everything else is good. I suggest setting the location to CU when taking a taxi, for everyone's reference CU .Also, the air conditioning remote control is all Korean and can only be used with Papago. On the first day, I mistakenly thought the heater was the air conditioning. One🫠 of the bedrooms doesn't have air conditioning. You may need to pay attention in summer ~ ~ ~

Great hosts and a very comfortable place to stay. The accommodations were just as described and very clean. The hosts always replied quickly and were always understanding when I needed to make adjustments to my booking. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quieter part of town with the subway available via 10min walk or quick access to buses. Thank you!

I'm so satisfied. It's close to Gocheok, and I had a happy stay. There are also many restaurants nearby!

Only two subway stops to Hongdae, very convenient!There are CU and Olive Young nearby, I go shopping there every day.We are two people staying, one person has a large bed, it is very comfortable. There is a projector in the👍👍 downstairs living room, it is very good.
