Hello! It is a house with very convenient transportation right in front of Pyeongchon Station. It is right in front of Pyeongchon Station E-Mart and Arte Chapel Convention Wedding Hall, and is a 2-3 minute walk from Pyeongchon Station Rodeo Street. The house is located on a high floor and faces the south, so it's very sunny, and the view is also very nice. It is 22 pyeong, and the bedroom and living room are separated, making it convenient to live. In addition, up to 6 people can sleep comfortably using the additional futon. There's a convenience store in the building, a bus stop right in front of the building, and you can use the parking lot. There are e-mart and nonghyup hanaro marts nearby, so it's also a great place to buy groceries. By default, there is a queen-sized bed, and we offer a folding mattress and duvet set when additional guests book. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me :) Please let us know before your reservation if you are filming such as commercial photo shoots, shopping mall photo shoots, and more. (If you have a photo shoot in secret, you'll be charged 3 times the total booking fee.) We politely decline reservations for using the room as a conference room and office!
