It was helpful to have a separate living room. However, if you have a baby, the flooring is hard, so it may be better to lay something down. I think the toilet flush was weak.I told the host that it would be better to be careful about that, and I hope that it has improved. The shower and toilet are not separate, which is common in Korean houses, but it's a matter of getting used to it. Otherwise, I had no particular problems. There are many traditional restaurants around Anyang City, and the good point is that they are delicious. There's also a market.

I rented it to attend my child's competition. It is about a 10-minute walk from Pyeongchon Station and is in a good location. Thank you for the well-prepared room and for your hospitality. I recommend it

Hotel bedding/honey sleep king bed/Gangnam Station, Seoul Station 20 minutes/Daegongwon 10 minutes/E-Mart, Pyeongchon Station, Hanrim University Hospital 4 minutes on foot

I stayed for 1 night for a business trip and rest. The layout of the bedroom and kitchen was neat, and the bathroom was stylish and convenient like a hotel suite thanks to the unique structure of having the sink outside even though it was indoors. The natural light coming in through the full-length windows, the cozy interior, and the cozy hotel-class bedding all combined to make me feel more comfortable than at home. It seemed like it would be good for long stays, as it was equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Thanks to the free parking pass provided by the host, all the car parking was resolved without stress. Pyeongchon Station, a large mart, Jungang Park, Rodeo Street, etc. were all within 5 minutes on foot, so it was possible to live without a car, and the location was perfect. I was so satisfied with the accommodation that I would definitely book it again if I had a schedule next time.
