Villa vacation rentals in Antipata

We were a group of 6 celebrating a 60th birthday. The villa was perfect for our needs - spacious and comfortable with a lovely pool area for evening dining and daytime relaxing. The villa was clean on arrival and was cleaned really well during our stay. Fern was helpful and responsive throughout. We had a great holiday!

We cannot recommend our stay at Villa Virginia highly enough, it was “perrrrfect”. Dimitra and Dionisis were excellent hosts, attentive but discreet. Very private, calm and relaxing with birdsong in the garden by the pool. The Villa has everything you will need, a very comfortable bed, lovely shower, lots of hot water. Kitchen is well equipped and there was a welcoming bonus of a starter pack of goodies. Definitely somewhere to return to. Thank You.

Had a lovely stay, highly recommended. Every detail has been thought of inc external mosquito window nets so you can open the windows without getting bitten and lots of nice small touches such as fresh bread, water and fruit upon check in. It’s a very clean, tidy villa in a quiet part of the village/town. It’s ideal if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday. It’s only a short 5-10 min walk to the local restaurants and shops.

Our stay at Myrtia Villa, was nothing short of exceptional—a true haven that offered us the perfect escape from the busyness of life. Set amidst the serene surroundings of Divarata, the villa is an ideal sanctuary for anyone looking for tranquility, natural beauty and modern style and with easy access to so many beautiful places on the island. The villa truly stole our hearts. It’s impeccably designed and maintained, blending modern comfort with rustic elegance. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warmest of hosts — thank you so much Anna and Spiros - your genuine hospitality and kindness made us feel at home. The villa is immaculately clean, thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need—from a well stocked kitchen to plush linens and those little extra touches that show true care. We especially loved the outdoor space—a peaceful terrace perfect for morning coffees, leisurely afternoons, and quiet sunsets. Can’t wait to return. 10/10. Superb !

My family and I had the most amazing time at Eleni’s home. Stunning views, so peaceful and a short walk into the main square and the famous 3 Wise Monkeys restaurant (5 star food). Assos is the quintessential Greek village.

In small friendly town with cafes and a good restaurant…not too touristy. Steepish walk ( or short drive) down to excellent pebble beach..crystal clear water. Car advisable to explore the island…lots of hairpin bends! Hire a car from Kefalonia airport and take on ferry…or hire on the island. Need to check ferry times from Kefalonia, or use water taxi (which host can arrange). Quiet location. Good views. Host was most helpful in every way.

We had a wonderful stay in this fabulous villa. The views from the terrace and all rooms are spectacular. Kitchen is nice and well equipped. Outdoor area is spacious and offers plenty of different seating options and an electric outdoor bbq. We really felt welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. Weather in April was perfect and the kids were in the pool every day. Also, there are beautiful beaches just a short drive away, although we spent most days just enjoying the view from the terrace.

Neil’s place was absolutely stunning and in a great location near a quiet beach with crystal clear water. Only a 10 minute walk down. It’s a short walk to restaurants and shops and taxis are easily available to get around on the island. The villa was very clean and we were greeted by Neil and the housekeeper Alexandra upon our arrival which was nice. Neil accommodated us with an earlier check in and a later check out which was easier with the children. Neil was very attentive with any messages we sent. The children absolutely loved the pool and Neil provided some pool toys for them. The pool and villa was cleaned during our stay. It was very safe and peaceful and I would highly recommend Neil’s villa to anyone looking for a quiet yet easily accessible place to stay whilst in Kefalonia. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at Villa Theano for three days and had a fantastic experience. The property is brand new, and we were impressed by its modern amenities and stylish design. The outdoor spaces are spacious and well-maintained, with a great swimming pool that offered stunning views of the sea. The host was incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were attentive to our needs and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the area. Overall, Villa Theano exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Sami We hope to return in the future!

We had a fabulous week at Villa Kanali. The villa is in a great location in Lourdata, in-between two lovely beaches. We loved the beach going towards kanali in particular with beautiful spots for relaxing and glorious turquoise waters for swimming. The villa has fantastic outside space with the pool a real bonus. Having en suite bathrooms for each bedroom was ideal, giving everyone space and privacy, which was great for 2 adults and two 17 year old girls. The location of the villa gives great views of the main beach, whilst feeling very private. We loved Lithero taverna which is next door to the villa, where we ate 3 nights out of the 7. The villa was spotless, and had everything we needed to eat in as well. The hosts were very responsive with clear instructions. Anamaria responded very promptly to queries we had, working with a brilliant local team who were quick to help when needed. Thank you for being great hosts and for the stay in your wonderful villa!

We have recently returned form 5 relaxing days at this villa. The villa had everything we needed - and more, with many places to spread out and relax with a big group. We were warmly welcomed at the airport by Theti, who remained on hand in case there were any issues (which there weren’t 😀) and the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. Importantly, the kitchen was very well equipped and during our stay we enjoyed meals at each of the three outside tables. Carlos couldn’t have been more helpful, both before the trip (with a detailed booklet of things locally and further afield, as well as responding quickly to queries, seeming to be happy to be of help) and during - via Theti, who was more local. We hired a car through Carlos’ friend and this was the easiest and quickest car hire arrangement we have experienced - even coming out to change the car for us after day 1 (when we realised we should have a bigger car for our group!). Thank you Carlos for a fabulous stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in Lefkada! We went during the shoulder season and enjoyed empty beaches, beautiful views by the pool, and warm hospitality from our host. The house was spotless and perfect for our large family. The surrounding area is private, but there are plenty of restaurants, etc just a short drive away. Multiple beaches can be accessed within minutes. Our host responded immediately to all our questions and allowed us to have a flexible check-in since we were arrive later in the evening. Highly recommend a stay here!

This was our best airbnb experience yet! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, but the host was just a wonderful. We were greeted by the host at check in with a basket of food and drinks, and he gave us so many wonderful recommendations for restaurants, beaches, shops etc. The house is brand new, spotless and in a perfect location (only a quick walk to a stunning beach and not far at all from downtown). I 100% recommend!!

A beautiful home, in a beautiful location, was paradise...the local restaurants were all so welcoming and amazing food, close to many beautiful beaches and sights, you can do nothing or explore for days on this island . Themis was great host, very friendly and helpful when we needed to ask , especially about what to do. Thank you Themis !

The villa had amazing outdoor space. The place was clean and spacious. We were met by George who showed us around and was always quick to reply to any queries. This was a lovely place to stay. Need a car but that made exploring better. Vasiliki is a lovely resort

Absolutely stunning property with breathtaking surroundings! We spent most of our time around the gorgeous pool area, which offered incredible mountain views while still feeling completely private and peaceful. The outdoor space was beautifully designed and truly the highlight of our stay. Inside, the house was equally impressive, with thoughtful little touches throughout that made everything feel extra special. The host was attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making our stay smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended, one of the most beautiful air bnbs we have stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Elizabeth, everything was beautifully clean and welcoming. Dimitra was very response and we were so grateful for the late check out. We loved our morning coffee on the terrace just admiring the perfect view across to Ithaca. We just wanted some R&R and this was perfect, so peaceful and quiet. The little garden was lovely with so many different types of butterflies flitting around. The surrounding area was really pretty and the little harbour of Fiskardo was charming. We would definitely visit again! Wonderful memories celebrating my birthday!

We only stayed for one night. 2 couples. Perfect facilities. Wonderful sunset view. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend. Beautiful setting. 40 min walk to beach and fiscardo. 6 mins in car. Emplisi beach. Get there early. Couldn’t have asked for more. Best to have a car. But not essential if you don’t mind walking. We were so happy - pictures were exactly as the villa in reality. It is real. Thank you for sharing your wonderful acommondation.

Villa Vada : what a gem! The best villa we have ever stayed in. Beautifully restored, decorated to a very high standard. Very peaceful and private with a stunning view. We had the most fabulous week and will be back!

Villa Throni is the best villa we have ever stayed at. Just a few minutes away from the bustle of Fiskardo, it’s so peaceful and just breathtakingly beautiful. The villa is outstanding, the pool perfect and everything we could have wished for. It was so nice, we didn’t feel the need to go out a lot and really made the most of its beautiful views and just total calm it created. Thank you to Maria and Mike for all your help and for making everything so special.

The Villa has been built two years ago and was very clean. The amenities were all there and the swimming pool of medium size was placed in a roomy terrace with comfortable sun-beds. The bedrooms were of good size for a short holiday and well decorated. The kitchen was fully functional and well equipped. The garden was wonderful and it felt like being at the edge of the forest. You could see the sea from the first floor balcony and enjoy the view. There was a mini-market and two restaurants within 200m. Many beaches nearby and the lively Fiskardo town with very good restaurants a 15 minute drive. We had an excellent short holiday there. Martin was very reactive to our questions and tried to solve any problem that could arise. Actually the best day we had was when we decided to stay all day in the villa and relax. Thanks Martin!

What a villa! Great location on a beautiful island. Very peaceful and has all the facilities you would ever need. The pictures don’t do it justice and i’d highly recommend the villa and the excellent hosting of Spyridon who was amazing throughout. Good communication recommending places to go/eat as well as being very responsive to any questions or requests. Possibly one of the best villas i’ve ever stayed at.

My girlfriend and I had a really wonderful stay at Lydias Villa, we would definitely come again. Lydia was really helpful with information about the island and recommendations on where to go during our stay. She also left us a lovely care-package of local snacks and drinks. The beds were comfy, nice living room for the occasional cozy night in, bathrooms were really nice and modern and stocked up with useful stuff. We spent plenty of time around the, watching the view. 10/10

We stayed as a family of 7 for a week in September. Villa Sofia is beautiful, stunning decoration, views, has everything you need and is only 5 mins drive from shops and restaurants. It’s so peaceful and quiet! Sophie was a fantastic host as well, really helpful, bringing over a cool box and super responsive. The 4th bedroom is small and tucked off the en-suite bathroom, so not as nice as the others and better suited to children. Otherwise everything was perfect and would highly recommend!
