Vacation rentals with a sauna in Antioquia

Juliet at the front desk was very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable and the area was well kept, except that there was only one of the two fans working. There needed to be some air conditioning or larger fans for better ventilation. However, the view from the balcony was spectacular and the little restaurant Alitas downstairs served phenomenal food.

Lo malo de este lugar son dos cosas: 1-tener que irse. 2-es tan lindo que no quisieras tener que salir a conocer Medellín. Me sentí mejor que en mi casa. Mis 2 amigos y yo la pasamos genial en un lugar precioso, ágil, cómodo, privado hasta entre nosotros mismos, cada uno en su dormitorio. Gracias María, sin duda será nuestro cuartel general al visitar Medellín.

Mi esposo y yo estuvimos en la propiedad durante tres días y todo fue espectacular, desde la habitación hasta el servicio al cliente. La vista es increíble y la ubicación es perfecta: muy cerca del poblado, pero lo suficientemente tranquila como para descansar sin ruido en la noche. Nos atendieron súper bien, e incluso me ayudaron a decorar la habitación, haciendo todo lo posible para que nuestra estadía fuera especial. Cuando regrese a Colombia, definitivamente me quedaré aquí nuevamente. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Responden rápido y siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. ¡Gracias!

The place was exactly as described with a stunning view. The apartment was clean, and the 24/7 security made us feel very safe throughout our stay. Evelyn and Orlis were incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Pasamos 2 semanas en el departamento de Godarz y fue la mejor decisión. El departamento es amplio, luminoso, estaba muy limpio, y tiene todo lo necesario como especias, equipo de cocina, muchos elementos de aseo (shampoo, jabón, emulsión corporal, hasta cepillos de dientes y dentífrico!). Los ambiente están muy bien decorados, hay plantas, almohadas, toallas y sábanas extra. El barrio es lo mejor, mucha vegetación, flores, es tranquilo y está cerca de avenidas con todo lo necesario pero a distancia como para dormir tranquilo y en silencio. El restaurante de la esquina es buenísimo y hay cafés, restaurantes, bares y supermercados cerca. Godarz nos recibió en persona, nos mostró el departamento y nos explicó todo para estar cómodos y aprovechar todo al máximo: máquina de café, lavarropas, secarropas, tostadora, sandwichera, horno, microondas, TV, sistema de sonido por bluetooth, wifi rápido. Además hay un balcón y una terraza con una vista increíble y con un nuevo sauna y parrilla.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The restaurant on site was convenient and the front desk folks were friendly and responsive. The location is great. One note though, if you're looking for a peaceful, quiet stay this is not the property for you. You can hear the noise from other units traveling through the ventilation ducts and especially on weekends, people stay up very late partying listening to music. Other than that, we had a perfect stay and everything in the apartment worked as it should.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Laura’s place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and we loved the thoughtful touches and the comfy bedding. Laura was also incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great local recommendations and always being available to answer our questions. We can't wait to stay here again!

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Urban Studios is a safe, stylish, and welcoming place to stay — perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a stress-free base in this beautiful city.

Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect

Nuestra estadía fue muy agradable. El alojamiento es muy tranquilo, cómodo y está muy bien dotado. Las zonas sociales y las piscinas maravillosas. Muy recomendado.

La anfitriona siempre está atenta a las necesidades y/o preguntas que se pueden ir presentado además que es muy detallista. El apartamento siempre impecable y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Por lo general viajo con mis hijos así que este apartamento es uno de mis favoritos porque estamos cómodos, el lugar es muy cerca de lo que necesitamos, es seguro, el personal del edificio es muy amable y la anfitriona se comunica muy bien. Lo recomiendo

Clean place and a great spot to stay at with a restaurant and great front desk workers

Muy buena ubicación, a pocos minutos caminando de restaurantes y Provenza. El departamento cómodo, limpio y equipado.

Una finca excelente, con todos los servicios necesarios. Las habitaciones super confortables, con todo lo necesario. Un espacio muy recomendable para descansar y estar en familia. Todo con un excelente funcionamiento.

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

Excelente ubicacion en las afueras de Medellín, un espacio tranquilo y acogedor. Mary & Jurgen fueron exageradamente atentos con nosotros. Lo recomendaria de nuevo. Tambien tienen un sauna al lado de la cabaña que hacer la experiencia o la estadia muy chevere.

We love to the finca!! I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Jaime the host was great and very responsive. We loved the decor and attention to detail, from the pickleball courts, to the temperature controlled pool, to the lights at night. Every corner of the house had a beautiful seating area.

El lugar coincide exactamente con las fotos, el anfitrión muy servicial y atento a nuestras inquietudes previas al viaje y Gustavo la persona encargada de la casa, siempre estuvo muy atento a nuestra llegada y salida.

wow - the view and location incredible. its own dock..add on the cook for home made colombian meals. even had a DJ and threw a party. Cannot wait to come back

From the moment we reached out to Brandon, he was supremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. The home is well appointed with everything you could want or need. We enjoyed the spectacular view of El Peñol from the deck each night around the fire table, in the hot tub, and from the wood burning sauna. The home was perfect for the 5 adults in our family. Brandon also has a network of people to help with excursions, food delivery, and transportation. He was always super friendly and helpful. His caretaker of the home is never far away if anything is needed. I cannot say enough great things about Brandon or his Finca. We will surely be back!! Thank you so much for making our trip a memorable and magical one, Brandon!
