Loft vacation rentals in Antioquia

El apartamento se encuentra en lugar muy bonito con el cafetería en el primero piso para las compras que necesitas como viajero. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares 5minutos caminando. La habitación estuvo muy bonita y limpia, tenía las cosas que necesitaba para cocinar para trabajar también. Me gustó que el dueño siempre estaba atento de cualquier duda que tenía en mi estancia. Muchas gracias por recibirme en mi su lugar!!

Lugar con una espacio muy bien organizado, fui con mi amiga y cada una teníamos nuestro baño lo que nos pareció super, muy céntrico por lo que íbamos caminando a los restaurantes y lugares como Provenza, cerca del tren por lo que también nos movilizamos sin problemas, lugar limpio, no tengo ninguna observación, muy recomendable

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

Natalia’s loft was an amazing stay. From the sauna to the fully equipped kitchen to in unit laundry, you really couldn’t ask for much more. WiFi was decently fast. Doormen were extremely kind. There is construction nearby so if you’re noise sensitive it might not be the easiest stay. But hopefully it’s temporary. We were totally fine with the noise level. Outside of that it’s extremely quiet, and construction usually stops by 3PM or so. I would highly recommend Natalia’s, and I hope to come back again soon!

Alejo was a great host. Kind and empathetic, always attentive. This is my second time staying here and the first time I left something behind. Alejo kept my item for months safely and returned it to me when I came back. Great guy, great apartment.

Great view. I would recommend it for 1 couple. Andres was very friendly. The hot tub was not working, so if that’s a priority, I would ask ahead of time.

Absolutely loved our stay here. This is right in the thick of Provenza - tons of walkable restaurants and shops and clubs. The building itself though is quiet and peaceful. The huge windowed doors open up onto an incredible green view of trees and a stream. Amazing during a rainstorm. The Internet was quite good - I was getting about 200mbps while testing it. The building felt very high security. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

I stayed here for one month. The unit looks exactly as it does on Air BNB. Very clean & nicely decorated. WiFi was pretty strong. I never had any issues with it going out & as a remote worker i appreciated that. It’s a 2 min walk from the supermarket and also a food court with amazing choices of food. Walking distance from Bars and a ton of street food. Sabaneta is extremely safe. Not as touristy or busy. About 20-25 mins from El Poblado. I’d stay here again. There wasn’t any AC to my surprise but the weather in Medellín is so perfect all the time that i didn’t even notice it. You get occasional noise from bars in the area, not loud enough to be an inconvenience. 24 hour security and also very helpful. Great stay!

David and his father are top-tier hosts. They received me warmly and promptly responded to any issues, concerns, or questions I had. The bed was cozy and the desk was elite - I was able to really lock in on my business from the comfort of this work station. There's some noise from the street during the day, but the internet speeds are exceptional and, frankly, better than any other place I've stayed in this area. A five-minute walk from La 70 and a 10-minute walk from the heart of Laureles, this place gets my stamp of approval as a digital nomad with ~3 years of experience living in Medellin.

Definitivamente que Parceros House es uno de los mejores Airbnb en los que hemos estado, somos nómadas y trabajar desde este lugar fue increíble, tienen el mejor coworking, te hacen sentir como en casa, puntos extras a los hosts y a Carolina que es la encargada de la limpieza del lugar, siempre con la mejor actitud en ayudar. Este AirBnb es pequeño, pero perfecto si vas a estar explorando la ciudad y necesitas una base o un lugar para dormir. La comunicación de los hosts fue increíble y la entrada es relativamente fácil. El apartamento tiene mucho de lo que necesitas, y lo demás (como aceite para cocinar, detergente para lavar ropa, etc) se puede comprar por muy barato en una tienda a 100 metros del apartamento. La ubicación es buena, queda cerca del metro y alrededor hay varios restaurantes y tiendas. Nos permitió explorar bien la ciudad. Gracias Carlos y Alejandra!
