Your large apartment (121 square meters) is close to Central Park (4-1/2 blocks), shops and restaurants, one block to the market. Now with a 300 Mbps internet connection! It is one of six in my house, four on Airbnb, two rented long-term. The building is quiet. We keep it clean. I have good reviews on all 4 apartments in this building on Airbnb.
