The Condo in Pillar Rock located on Yepton beach, it's a 10-minute ride to St. John's downtown (local markets) and 20-minute ride from airport. On the property have a shared swimming pool, BBQ grill and 2 walking distance beaches. (Yepton and deep bay) Sunrise on Yepton beach and sunset on Deep Bay beach. Please note: Our next-door neighbor is currently carrying out construction for a resort development. As a result, the outdoor areas of the property may experience some minor construction-related noise during the construction period.

The house is located in a private gated development on the favourite sunset side of the island and has a lovely tropical garden and secure covered parking for 2 cars.
