Ashley’s place is in a great location and walkable to everything. The property had all the amenities you could need and lots of extras! Ashley has provided little details rarely found elsewhere. The condo is bright and spacious with beautiful decor that pays homage to the heritage and character of the building. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful bonus as the weather was beautiful on our arrival date. The fireplace was very appreciated when it turned cold. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and cozy. I would highly recommend Ashley’s place and would return to stay again. One tip: this condo is up several flights of stairs so would be challenging for anyone with mobility problems.

We went on a cousin trip and were very pleased with our accommodations. Looked just like the pictures and felt like home. Beautiful views and great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Was also very quiet and peaceful. Also found the hosts to be accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

It was a really nice stay, the air bnb had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive and brought over a pack n play & highchair for us within 10 minutes of us sending them a message. We had a great time. It’s actually also much bigger than the photos make it look too. The beds are super comfy. We had a lovely stay.

This is an absolutely beautiful condo - completely up to date, tastefully decorated, and had everything we required. The location is in easy walking distance of downtown Charlottetown and many pubs and restaurants. Dico was very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend Dico's place, and I hope to return before too long. Thanks Dico!

We were delighted to meet Catherine and her husband, and the view behind their home was outstanding. The apartment is like a mother-in-law, attached to their home. Very sweet. We found the bed a bit uncomfortable, but everything else was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s beautiful home! The location couldn’t be better with easy walking distance to everywhere. Thank-you for your hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at Island Properties! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and had everything needed. The location was over the top exceptional - quiet, an incredible view, peaceful, and so close to everything in the downtown. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. This will be an annual location to return to.

Wonderful Airbnb! accommodations matched description and pictures. great location! beautiful deck and views. Loved the PEI binder of suggestions on things to do, places to eat etc! Really enjoyable and helpful. Island Properties was very friendly and responsive on all communications! 🙏

Accommodations exceeded expectations . The place was beautiful inside and out. Gardens were full of herbs and veggies and the views spectacular. David was very friendly and helpful with restaurant options when we arrived a little later than expected. highly recommend this air bnb

We stayed in suite #5 and it was just wonderful. With a view over the lawn to the Atlantic, the peace and quiet, and the sheer beauty of the property, it was a holiday of the spirit as well as the body. David was lovely and took care of anything we needed--we even got fresh cucumbers from the garden.

My stay was great! Kati was a very responsive host and was flexible. The place was neat, easy to locate and she had all the information we needed upfront.
