The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

Very good service, superbly equipped, completely refurbished, on the ground floor, at the back of a quiet and secure courtyard. Sleeps 2 people, 1 real queen size bed with memory foam mattress. Non-smoking apartment. Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. Possible to arrive outside these hours but with a surcharge. Bathroom: Italian shower 120 x 70 Separate toilets. Bedroom: 160 x 200 bed, 50" TV Storage closet, Windows with electric shutters.

I open the doors of my apartment located in the heart of Anse. You will have access to the entire accommodation which consists of 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. You will find personal effects (photos, grandmother's dishes...) it's normal this accommodation is for me a way to supplement my retirement while sharing my experience as a superhost and my friendliness.

We offer a relaxing and natural getaway 30 minutes from Lyon 🌻 The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a house located in the middle of the fields, with no neighbors and no one overlooking.
