Vacation rentals with beach access in Anse des Rochers

Absolutely everything is together to feel perfectly at home. Communication was fluid and responsive, the welcome warm and quick, the accommodation clean and equipped in a very complete way, the pleasant private pools and beaches, the complex stone and vac as a whole at the top, the walk nearby to Bois jolan too beautiful, the breakfast with the magical birds, the Balaou meals as good on the plate as the view... in short, the dream life😍

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Stunning house divided into 2 self-catering units. We were 3 couples and stayed in the apartment downstairs ideal for 6 people 3 bedrooms 3 private bathrooms + 1 gym. The kitchen open to the terrace by the pool we had all our meals on the very friendly high bar table. Premium performance in a green setting. Refined bed linen and shower product with a subtle smell provided. Very nice interior decor even though we were mainly outside. In short, we highly recommend it.

Ideal accommodation: sea and pool views, access to the sea, next to shops, a fruit basket offered on arrival, very well-equipped apartment in a very well-maintained residence (impeccable garden and pool). Kind regards, Marc.

What to say about this exceptional accommodation, extremely well located on the island. We spent 5 unforgettable days, with all the necessities and comfort to feel very good. The accommodation is therefore of impeccable quality, no negative reviews to be made. But to sublimate everything, Beatrice and Paul are extremely kind, welcoming, friendly and very responsive hosts. They did everything to ensure that we had an exceptional stay. Welcome aperitif, breakfast dropped off on Sundays, direct answers to our questions. They are extremely kind, know how to be present but also discreet and seem to adapt well to the needs of their tenants. We loved sharing a few moments with them! We would recommend it without hesitation, 100%. If there is availability, don't ask yourself more questions, this is this place for you.

The residence is very pleasant with its swimming pool and private beach. Accommodation is as described. Host is available and responsive. We will not hesitate to come back!

guarded residence, easy access, not far from Saint Anne. Very good pool. Nice little beach. Parking in the residence is a little complicated but you can always find a spot. Excellent host, provided fruit, bread and juice as well as a planter. Comfortable bedding, perfect equipment, even the Canal+ package. The residence is very quiet

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very well equipped and the punch bowl is a big plus. A real cabin! Aurore's hospitality is perfect and she will give you plenty of recommendations on activities, restaurants and other nearby.

Very nice very comfortable house whose common areas are all open by large doors on a large furnished terrace adjacent to a beautiful large pool. Really wow! Very clean and well-appointed house inside and out. Nice welcome by the Concierge who is very available and attentive to our comfort and is very generous with advice and suggestions. Located near the beautiful beach of light grapes. Well located for large sales areas (Carrefour and Monoprix).

Great accommodation, easy to access and close to most activities! Clean and quiet neighborhood! The only downside is that there is only one sheet in the bed and no duvet/blanket! Benjamin was very helpful, friendly and quick to access! Thank you!!

There's nothing missing from this villa. A very well-equipped kitchen, good bedding, space on the terrace and pool, and above all a view that's hard to forget. Access to the boat cove directly from the bottom of the property. The bungalow is also nice (below the house) The villa's eccentric location requires a 1.5/2 hour drive to Basse-Terre but we had chosen tranquility over location (and the entire east and northeast part of the island is very close) Perfect communication with Stephane.

Beautiful, well-equipped villa. The pool is nice after a busy day. However, the Nespresso machine was faulty, the toilet brushes needed to be replaced and the plancha did not work very well. These points are details and are quickly forgotten. Easy access to the beach from the Villa and very nice air-conditioned rooms. Sindy was very nice and Gwen was very responsive. I recommend it!

Our most beautiful holidays in a long time, sublimated by our stay at Villa Thomana! More than 20 years since I had not come to Guadeloupe... This island is very beautiful and to stay there we chose the Gîte proposed by Livia and Christophe, who were welcoming and available hosts. For our stay as a couple, my Companion and I wanted to stay in a accommodation offering quality services. Villa Thomana met all our expectations... It was essential for us not to have to take our vehicle to get to the beach. Quietly installed on the terrace or by the pool, we hear the sound of waves coming to shave on the sand (The beach is 200 meters away and accessible by tap)... And what about the breakfasts on the terrace facing the Sea and the sunrises to fall on the ground?!?!? You have to live it, the view is exceptional! Perfect geographical location, we highly recommend...

We had a great time at Villa Koray. We were hosted very well by Valerie who explained to us how the house worked and with whom communication was very fluid. The house is very clean, well-equipped, spacious, very well lit and tastefully decorated. There is a real continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool is large and there is a distant view of the sea that opens the perspective. We enjoyed the ancillary activities: petanque court, dartboard and foosball. There is a good quality acoustic speaker. The house is close to shops and water activities (5 min drive ) We highly recommend this villa!!

Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful week at this place, everything was as described. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and ideally located for exploring the area. The pool was simply beautiful, perfectly maintained and ideal for relaxing at any time. The private beach, on the other hand, was a real plus, offering an exceptional setting to enjoy the calm and sun. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to spend a lovely vacation. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a nice stay at Jean's despite the visit of some cockroaches during our first night… Justine who welcomed us was nice and welcoming, she recommended some restaurants nearby. Communication with Jean was smooth and efficient. Private beach access is possible and it's lovely. The apartment is in a good location, 10 min drive to Ste Anne. It is also well-equipped, although the high table and chairs are not super comfortable, as well as the sofa.

Émilie welcomed us dynamically and warmly! Émilie is very invested The place meets all the amenities we've enjoyed. It's very complete, there's nothing lacking. We highly recommend it! And the place is nice with access to the pool and on the beach next to a restaurant called the Ti Coco which offers simple but effective breakfasts for a start to stay.

We had a great time, perfect location, easy to get around the island. Friendly host and responsive to past requests. We highly recommend it and will come back without hesitation.

accommodation corresponding to the photos. very nice view , close to parking and pool. a little bit just for 4 but we didn't stay indoors during the day access to the pool and beach right next door. I expected to hear more noise in the evening in view of the old reviews, while for a holiday village, I thought it was quiet (positive😊) attention however to the children's club, it is 16 euros per activity offered we have not tried the gym/spa wellness thank you to Valerie for her responsiveness and kindness i would recommend the place with pleasure

Nice touches on arrival (banana, pineapple, rum, lime, water) In addition, some practical things on site to facilitate our stay, such as a cooler and chairs for the beach. Ingrid took the time to explain the studio to us as well as the amenities on the site and nearby. Everything met our needs and expectations exactly. This was our first experience in Guadeloupe and it made us want to go back.
