Vacation rentals with beach access in Grande-Terre

We had a great time. The accommodation is ideally located close to everything, a stone's throw from the sea. the accommodation is impeccable, very functional with very nice equipment. if the opportunity arises, we will rent the accommodation again without hesitation.

Jean Christophe and Virginia's apartment was absolutely great for our couple. Tastefully modern and tastefully decorated. The view of the marina is superb and the location is absolutely perfect: everything is within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket and pharmacy. It is very easy to visit Saint François entirely on foot from the accommodation. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom offers a lot of pressure and hot water hot. Which is perfect for returning from the beach. The tank is a must and we had no water issues despite the water outages. The building has an elevator which is very nice for going up and down the suitcases. It is very easy to find parking nearby. I highly recommend this place that we will rent again without hesitation if we come back to the area.

Clean and quiet accommodation. Halfway between Saint Anne and Saint François, so perfect for restaurants, sightseeing and beaches. Responsive owners. Recommended.

Clean and functional accommodation. Close to the marina with many excursions offered. Quiet and safe environment (solo travel). Jonathan took the time to meet my expectations and is very responsive.

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

The house is great for a great vacation in Guadeloupe🥰. 20 minutes from the airport Us: 15-day stay Frequent visitors to the department. Couple with 3 children. 👦👦👶 Modern, very quiet and secure neighborhood. Incredible cleanliness (I'm very fussy), bedding and towels are sparkling white. Speaking of bedding, it is also very comfortable and equipped as in high-end hotels. Baby bed equipped with a mattress, mattress protector + mosquito net. Shower rooms with shower gel, modern and very clean. Equipped kitchen, I agree with the comments about the utensils, nevertheless it's a detail, I made my daily cakes as well as local recipes with the utensils provided☺️. Speaking of the sofa, it has been changed and therefore it is possible to watch TV as a family comfortably seated. Swimming pool and large landscaped garden with surprise visit from iguanas 🤩 My parents are already looking to book it 🤣 I recommend ❤

We had a great time at Christelle and David's place. The place is very faithful to the photos and comments of users (a real haven of peace for listening and observing birds). The welcome was very warm and they are good tips for good deals! Thanks again to them for this start to our stay in Guadeloupe.

Really friendly and attentive hosts. The photos fully match the listing. The hosts provided us with toys and dinettes for our children. We were able to arrange a late checkout with them. We immediately felt good in this accommodation: very clean, neat decoration, perfect layout. We did not want for anything, coffee capsules were available. Thanks again to our host who prepared a small tray with a bottle of Père Labat as well as 2 sugars and lime for the tit punch! 😊 The accommodation is very nice, the bed comfortable. The exterior is also charming with high seats for the bar area, there is a garden lounge to sit and eat. We had 2 foutas made available to go to the pool, which is a real little slice of paradise: beach area equipped with deckchairs, parasols, and other double mattresses to lie down and take a nap... little background music to top it all off. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. No complaints, I totally recommend it if you want to have a good time in a quiet and peaceful environment...

Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Aurélie's place. The apartment is great, quiet, warm (especially the sheltered terrace and its sofa that overlook a splendid view, especially for the sunrises😉) everything is very close and Aurelie as well as Marie are very friendly, full of good advice and really accommodating!

We had a great time, perfect location, easy to get around the island. Friendly host and responsive to past requests. We highly recommend it and will come back without hesitation.

We spent two weeks in low season and everything was very good. Photos in accordance with the listing, well located apartment. Parking on the side, only in the street. Just to clarify, the entrance to 3 Marina is at the Orpi sign, after the Super U. Very well-equipped apartment.

After two weeks of "nature" in Dominica, Celia and Jerome's accommodation was perfect for the working time of the trip. Perfect location with the beach opposite. Perfect in amenities… there is everything Perfect access: the bottom of the fort allows you to radiate on Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre and on the north-south axis of Pointe-à-Pitre. Perfect in the responsiveness of the hosts. Perfect for the tranquility of the residence. One huge drawback!!!! You have to leave this interlude of life one day and return to reality.

Flawless, clean, nice and well located accommodation, especially for outings from the Marina of Saint François. The residence is pretty but a little deserted. Shops not necessarily open. The view is breathtaking and not overlooked, which is nice. Easy to park next to the building entrance. A water tank would be appreciated in the accommodation. We had an unexpected power cut and it's a little unpleasant. Despite this one downside, we would recommend this listing.
