This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Apartment in a characterful villa located in the Balmoral neighborhood, overlooking the town of Spa (3 km/1.9 mi away) and 12 km (7.5 mi) from the Circuit de Francorchamps. The apartment is located at garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1m80 double bed, a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and it offers magnificent views of the valley.
