In Manresa city (NOT BARCELONA), Luxury industrial loft with a sunny terrace, romantic ambience, quiet and amazing views sunsets against the nearby mountains. Designed by an artist to be both highly functional and romantic. Located about 40 kms from Barcelona. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the spacious living room includes bench that converts into 2 single beds if needed (see photos). The loft is on the second floor of the building. There is no lift/elevator. LGBTQ+ friendly.

It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bathrooms, garden and terrace.

Barcelona is 60 km away. Places of interest: Barcelona, Montserrat, Mediterranean beaches... You'll love my place because of its location, atmosphere, decor, neighborhood, tranquility, comfort... My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and all kinds of travelers.

Rustic Home in Montserrat

This rustic home situated in a secluded valley in Montserrat National Park, 60km from Barcelona was built after the Napoleonic wars. The legend has it that it was built with money stolen from the corpses of the defeated French soldiers after the battle of El Bruc. I rebuilt the house from a near ruin, respecting the original structure in 1992. I have decorated it with a notable and very personal collection of art. There is a picturesque view from every window.

La Ninota is a charming house

La Ninota is a house restored in 2020, built in 1938 following the plans of a Swiss architect. Well designed and cozy, with light on the four sides. There is a barbecue in the garden, with the possibility of putting tables outside and having a lunch outdoors. Ideal location for hiking and walking or cycling tours. Visiting the comarca castles, the Capellades Dumpster Mill... Excellent municipal pool 8 minutes walk. Ninota has the category of three keys
