Στο χώρο επίσης υπάρχει μία μεγάλη τουαλέτα με τζουζιέρα και μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, καθώς και ένα άνετο καθιστικό με δύο καναπέδες και τηλεόραση. Όλα τα δωμάτια περιέχουν κλιματιστικά. Η αυλή του σπιτιού με θεά όλη την Σύμη αποτελεί το κόσμημα του σπιτιού!!!
