My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

The "house opposite" offers a "seaside" style cocooning atmosphere in the charm of the renovated old, with the comfort of modern amenities. 6 km from the sandy beach of Agon Coutainville (10 minutes by car/20 minutes by bike) and surrounded by many tourist sites to visit: Castles, Abbeys, landing beaches, Mont Saint Michel, etc., the perfect place for a vacation as a couple or with family. This house has an enclosed garden with a large south-facing terrace.

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. The 60 m2 apartment we are offering is located on the second floor. From the living room, you can admire the beach huts of Gouville-sur-Mer, from the bedroom, you have views of the dunes and the sea 50 m away. It benefits from a large balcony terrace. We thought about it and set it up to create a pleasant place for you and relaxing. Our accommodation is rated 3 stars by the Tourist Office.

This charming, typical Montmartin stone house, located 1500 m from a sandy beach, is an old 18th century blacksmith's shop that has retained all the charm of the old, combined with modern comfort, in the middle of an exceptional natural environment (classified site).
