For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, hospitality and kindness. See you soon.

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

Sonia's place is just amazing! Clean, tastefully furnished, well-equipped and functional. But above all the veranda, the pool, the sauna and the garden are wonderful! We had a great time at this cottage! It is in a great location for visiting Mont Saint Michel. In addition, Sonia is responsive, welcoming and caring towards her guests. We highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Normandy! The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! If you’re considering a stay in the area, this place comes highly recommended. It truly exceeded our expectations!

We had a very quiet and restful 2 night stay in the gite. It was in very tranquil surroundings and perfect if you want to get away from it all, but be within distance of the coast and other attractions. The accommodation was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Claire and her family were extremely friendly and helpful and very proactive in asking if we needed any help & reaching out to offer advice about the locality, etc. We would definitely like to return next time we are in the area.

Very kind host and gorgeous location!

Accommodation as described, close to several starting points for hiking or biking. Close to Carteret Beach and close to Hatainville Beach. We had a great time with our kids. Communication with Grégoire & Amina before/during and after the stay was fluid.

Michaël's hosting is lovely. Smile on top of that. Easy contact. The house is ideally located for those who want to visit the landing beaches. initially, we planned to eat at the surrounding restaurants. But the facilities of the house made us want to enjoy our stay at this location. I would highly recommend this home. If you are looking for peace, tranquility, pleasant moments between family and/or friends, Michaël's house is probably the one for you. Michaël, looking forward to seeing you again.

We really enjoyed spending a few days in this nice, functional, well-equipped and very pleasant accommodation! You can hear the sea and the birds singing from the garden, which is very nice for eating outside or relaxing. The neighborhood is both peaceful and lively: good restaurant, cafe with concert, market, beach... you can do everything on foot! We'll be happy to go back! Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. We had a great time at this house which was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. This is a rental that we recommend without hesitation, and that we will gladly rent again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for everything!

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we immediately felt at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even with less weather, it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

It was a great stay in Amandine's beautiful house. Everything was very tastefully decorated, modern, there was nothing missing and it was very clean. Amandine was very helpful and yet discreet. We can recommend everything without reservation and would be happy to come back.
