Completely redone 3 bedroom cottage on 5 acres in the horse country 20 minutes North of Ann Arbor. Open living/ dining/ kitchen. Quiet and serene with majestic white pines, oak/cherry trees and lots of wildlife. Say hello to our goats, Billie and Chuckie, and enjoy the abundant wildlife. Lots of parking. Washer and dryer. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house.
